first time, and those same sperm and ova would never have
met at the later date.

It was one set of potential people or
the other. The odds for each one of those second-round
ones that *were* gestated, of having a good home environ-
ment than the ones that were not would have had, are better
in most cases.

Totally a WIN-WIN situation, all the way around!

All gain, and no loss, for all concerned.

Roe vs. Wade is very likely the BEST decision ever ren-
dered by the U.S. Supreme Court. Those Justices did for
women a benevolent act that was second only to Lincoln's
Emancipation Proclamation.

this post. But I'll add this:

The U.S. Supreme Court in empowered to test all laws that come
before it against the precepts contained within the U.S. Constitution.
When conflict between the law in question and the Constitution clearly
occurs, the Constitution wins... being the supreme law of the land. It
supercedes ALL ofther laws in the USA.

Roe vs. Wade wade decided primarily per the constitutional right
to privacy.
