Unfortunately, the Catholic church is not truly following the
teachings of God. Because of this, most of their followers who
die Catholics will not make it to heaven.
[1] They perform adultry by worshiping saints rather than
worshipping only God. They pray to Mary. They pray to statues of
dead saints.
Deuteronomy 5:7-9 KJVR
7 Thou shalt have none other gods before me.
8 Thou shalt not make thee any graven image, or any
likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the
earth beneath, or that is in the waters beneath the earth:
9 Thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, nor serve
them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the
iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and
fourth generation of them that hate me,
[2] They mock the amazing gift of what Christ did for us on the
cross by saying you have to also take their magically transformed
wafers to be saved. Basically saying "Sorry, Jesus: you don't
have enough power to save me by dying for me on the cross. I have
the power to save myself by taking those magically transformed
wafers every Sunday."
As the Bible says,
Matthew 7:13-14 KJVR
13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate,
and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there
be which go in thereat:
14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which
leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
Few there be that find the way which leads to life. Why? Because
there are so many false man-made religions that clearly ignore
God's Word.
