Object: healing ministry of Jesus
the "healing ministry" of Jesus was,
in part, directed at the consequences
of a specific and peculiar situation.
Jesus was born "under the law"
and came to a people who were
likewise born "under the law"
where "under the law" refers to a specific
contractual agreement between God and the
"children of Abraham Isaac and Jacob" and
not specifically to the code of ethics
stipulated therein.
which is why, you'll find peculiar
remedies for some of the various
afflictions that beset those born
"under the law"
for those -not- born "under the law"
leaving turtledoves and lamb's blood
at an altar will have zero effect
on a given skin disorder.
one's beliefs had no effect on whether
one became afflicted by any of the various
maladies that might befall anyone born
under the law who became unclean
under the law.
that is, if you were born under that
contractual agreement, you did not have
to be fully aware of the contractual
elements and consequences to become
afflicted by 'it'
but, even for those born under the law,
one had to believe in the curative powers
of the offerings made by a priesthood.
in part, Jesus cured maladies and
afflictions that were a direct
consequence of life "under the law"
the mediation of the law, as contractual
agreement, by the atmospheric powers,
carried with it a peculiar form of
visitation that was immediate and,
in itself, somewhat miraculous
and supernatural.
where these 'atmospheric powers'
are things which -don't- go bump
in the night.
-like- God, these are personal beings
whose life force reside outside of or
'above' the material nature but who
have full manipulative manifestation
within or inside of the material nature.
you might call them spirits
or angels or what-have-you.
they don't go bump in the night,
but they do have existance and,
just as your -words- may effect
and have effect in the realm of
the 'spirit', so, these entities
have a manipulative ability
within the material nature.
the atmospheric powers simply followed
after 'its' mediation with no mercy.
and so, in part, people did become captive
to misuse of the contractual elements of
the law by both the atmospheric powers
and a misrepresenting human priesthood,
and this, in part, by their own ignorance
of that same contract under the law.
in part, they were kept in ignorance
by a misrepresented priesthood and
afflicted by atmospheric powers bent
on enslaving them to -their- authority.
and, we see Jesus, lifting that affliction
from many people in what can only be
described as a miraculous manner.
the law was not an evil presence
nor was the law the cause of the
afflictions, there is nothing
-wrong- with the law.
the law has a just requirement
which is not well understood
by the temporal mind of man.
but, you must see that, in part,
the 'miraculous' healings are -as-
supernatural in appearance as the
afflictions, under the law, are
supernatural and so, the healings
are as simple as a word,
"your sins are forgiven"
which is why, to a certain extent, you may
not see the exact same type of remediation
as in Jesus experience, because, Jesus came
in to a peculiar situation with a very
specific mission,
as well as this much broader
mission for all human beings.
then we begin to broaden out and see
the personalization of the relationship
between God and man thru Jesus' own Faith.
a 'new', more perfect, and truly everlasting
contractual arrangement based upon the
original Promises made to Abraham.
not an arrangement that dies with your body,
but an arrangement that rises above the grave.
yes, your Faith carries with it a
healing emblem, but you may be
living under -no- contractual
arrangement with God.
those who were bound under the temporal
arrangement of Sinai, the Cross of Jesus
becomes the propitiation for all debts
public and private, and the Sinai arrangement
is altered for you in the person of Jesus Christ
when and if you accept Jesus Christ
-as- said propitiation.
those who were never bound under Sinai
and never had any sort of contractual
arrangement with God are grafted directly
into this 'new' contractual relationship.
i'd like to make note of a few particular
instances of Jesus healing people from
within, and perhaps from without, 'the law'
to address certain details, and i will.
as i am able.

before we address the
importance of your
own words,
i'd like to point out some instances;
in certain respects, all
of these apply to all of us.
alright, so Jesus raises
a little girl from the dead.
her own faith could not possibly have
been a factor in accomplishing this,
and for all practical purposes, she
was unaware of Jesus entirely.
also, a woman who has had a discharge
seeks out Jesus to touch his clothing
and be healed.
in this case, Jesus was unaware of
the woman's presence until she
touched him and received a
healing of sorts.
a Roman military officer
approaches Jesus and says;
"you don't have to come to my house,
just say the word and it will be done"
and Jesus 'marvelled' in that -this-
was the sort of 'faith' that was being
sought and yet, he rarely found this
sort of 'faith' in Israel.
also, Jesus sets out to heal
a blind person and he is asked;
"why is he blind, and from birth?"
"whose fault is this?"
and Jesus says; 'it's nobody's fault,
this is to show how awesome and
mighty the Name of God is'
where, God -is- the Name.
i may touch on this 'Name' bit later,
but you could say that this man was
simply born enslaved to the atmospheric
powers and Jesus came to set him
free from that.
another time, Jesus heals a man of various
skin disorders and tells him to go back to
the Temple and leave the offering proscribed
under the law as a show for the Temple personel.
the Temple personel were not at all being
successful in removing the blights of people
and were being accused of actually having
a hand in making things worse.
and so Jesus said; "as a testament against them"
and, of course, Jesus cures a man
and tells him; "your sins are forgiven"
in a sense, the law provides a vision of love
but, also provided and opening for the
atmospheric powers to enter directly
into man's circumstance.
the law did not make the people ill
but the law somewhat represented a field
of love, like that magnetic field bit i
mentioned before and when you crossed
paths against this field, a corrective
visitation immediately appeared.
these people were, in a very real
sense, under the influence of a
very harsh babysitter.
why harsh?
no mercy.
life under the law doesn't care
-why- you cross it, -only- that
you cross it.
the law is a way of life and liberty
-crossing- the law is slavery and death.
but the temporal, some would say,
'Cynical' mind of man -can-
not see that.
man tends only to see his own self interest
and this self interest -is-, in a very
real sense, contrary to Love.
but like i said, the law is just
a temporal glimpse at love and
is not Love itself.
so yes, we've all run afoul of the
path of love and been visited with
afflictions
and yes, we all basically wouldn't
recognize Love aside from God's
own vistitation
and so, we -are- _accountable_
for transgression against Love
and God will reason with us and tell us,
'though you have become bloodied up
against the wheels of Perfect Justice,
you shall be clothed in the white linens,
which are the righteous deeds of God's
own sanctity, and God will remember
your transgression no more.'
for the sake of God's own Name which
-is- God's own Presence which -is- God.
and the blood of the Cross
is somewhat like a firewall.
this vision of Love can get clearer to you.
but you will fail until you hear;
"Talitha Cumi"
which is like; "wake up little girl"
and i mean, accept God's reasoning
there are far greater accomplishments
to walk in and vitsas to behold aside
from becoming alivened in Christ.
that is to say, -that- is just a start,
holding the Wisdom and understanding
of God is a primary Aim, and Life
itself in Love is a destination,
but in this destination, we only begin
to reCreate in God's own Glorious Image.
see what i mean?
Salvation is not an end in itself.
Just the very beginning.

anyway, one small thing about
the importance of your own words.
i don't want to go into terribly
great depth right now, so,
basically, don't find yourself
saying "i wish i were dead"
or things of that nature.
God sees Life as beautiful
and great and wonderful
and God is Life,
and so, when you enter into misery
and that sort of plaint, you are also
at direct odds with God and arguing
against what God knows is the Truth;
that Life is great and wonderful
and a treasure to be honored
and cherished.
and so also, you don't want to be
the cause for someone else offering
up this sort of plaint, because, God
may trace down such an attitude to an
ultimate source and find you with a
figurative knife at this one's throat
and take corrective actions against
you as well.
if your plaint is just;
"why can't i be more like that
with all the things i want?"
and you feel miserable because
you don't have what you think
you want, you're basically just
driving nails in Jesus' wrists.
learn to thank God for your headaches.
if you are the victim of a real
oppression, believe that God will
rally to your deliverance.
but don't become vindictive and suggest
that your oppressor be drawn and quartered
and then gloat at his sufferings, because
God may see your gloating as ill mannered
and effect a further recompense.
basically.
your words are very important.
they crystallize what was
in your innermost being.
sing praises to God even
in your times of distress.
just think on this for one small moment;
so, you get all antsy because you can't
have a strawberry milkshake by the
force and power of your words,
but just be thankful all the way
to forever that you were not
immediately granted that
wish to be dead.
like, maybe you didn't -get-
some -thing- when you prayed
for it 'in Jesus' name,'
but neither did you get an immediate
response when you made that off hand
remark about death and destruction.
and so, those training wheels
are to your benefit.
and you begin to see that
Life comes upon you slowly.
albeit, God is most certainly
still a worker of the miraculous.
and you should be able to someday
declare things far greater than
strawberry milkshakes.
in an instant.
