Zechariah 12:4:
In that day, saith the LORD, I will smite every horse with
astonishment, and his rider with madness: and I will open mine eyes
upon the house of Judah, and will smite every horse of the people with
blindness.

Yes, you have explained it. The horse and the rider is a repeating
motif that refers to the horses belonging to other races. But still,
does it not express the sentiments of a fallen angel? Sheer racism,
hatred, and insanity. This "LORD" is the fallen Gabriel, as is
Christopher Walken in "Prophecy."

I have seen an interpretation of "horses" in Zechariah's prophecies in a
post by David Matthieu P.P.
He says "...the rebellious angels riding the possessed human horses"
"... They are called horses because they have spirits riding them, the
riders sitting on these horses are the fallen angels."
