Here's another example of the evidence for macroevolution that Pastor

===>Mathematics, like chess, symbolic logic, etc., is a
LANGUAGE. A "proof" consists of following its rules.
As Einstein said:
"As far as the laws of mathematics refer to reality, they are
not certain;
and as far as they are certain, they do not refer to reality."
Of course you ignore the branch of Mathematics that deals
with "reality", i.e. Probability Theory, a "branch of Mathematics
that studies the likelihood of occurrence of random events in
order to predict the behavior of defined systems."
(American Heritage Dictionary).
Switching the subject to mathematics does not change
the fact that re. natural phenomena, i.e. REALITY,
only religions rely on the FALSE "certainty" of so-called
"revealed truth", i.e. ancient fantasies. -- L.

The challenge was that there is no evidence for macroevolution. I've
provided many exmaples (with *MANY, MANY* more to come) and the
creationists have **RUN AWAY FROM ALL OF THEM**. Therefore, Disaster
Dave is a liar. It really is that simple.
Now if you're not equipped to discuss or try to refute the examples I
provided, it really is time for you to shut-the-*****-up with your
assinine juvenile clueless whining, isn't it?

It's happened. You'll think this is a joke, or you'll
think I must have gotten something wrong, but
Paganism has entered the government.
Blatently. Unabashed Paganism. Proudly proclaimed
in public, without a single word of condemnation
from our political and religious "leaders."
What is wrong with you, America?
You think I'm making this up? Well, imagine if a
liberal Democratic politician admitted -- IN A
PUBLIC SPEECH -- that he regularly called on
an invisible "Mystical Warrior," stating that they
"Rely on" this invisible "Mystical Warrior"?
Would you have any problems at all denouncing
this politician for using his government office to
promote Paganism?
So, Christians, who do you really worship? Is it
Jesus or a political party? You're going to have
to make up your mind... assuming it isn't already
too late.

Oh good grief!!
Hey! if you want to see an ACTUAL Christian nightmare,
have a look at what the PSEUDO-Christians are doing to
America, from the government on down ---
Incredible as it seems, the greatest danger facing America
in the last 100+ years is NOT from *external* terrorists.
This is because the loathsome agendas of the RRR Cult
present a clear and present danger to this very nation, itself.
They represent a level of intolerance that hasn't been seen
in Western nations since Nazism and segregation, and in
the present day can be favorably compared to the manifes-
tations of bigotry as we see in play primarily in nations in which
extremist sects of Islam rule the day.
The RRR's objectives include dumbing-down our kids
by feeding them watered-down science filled with conflicting
messages; i.e., including the nonsensical teaching of that
which they used to call "creationism" and now "intelligent
design" as though it were somehow an ALTERNATIVE to
the very *obvious* evolutionary process that's been going
on for hundreds of millions of years. How STUPID is that?
THIS stupid: Any God capable of creating a universe that
contains hundreds of millions of galaxies, each of which
contain countless billions of suns... and which even light
itself would take more than 20 billion years to traverse...
would find it a *cakewalk* to include the creation of an
evolutionary process to be at work within the self-sustaining
life continua of all the species... leading, in fact, to NEW
species over time. Including the one that we call homo
sapiens. The God *I* believe in is omnipotent, and would
therefore have no problem doing that. Too bad about
theirs.
On NBC News, tonight (9/27/05, a person having no
problem with "intelligent design's" being taught alongside
evolution said, "Let the children think with their minds."
Fine. Then let 'em be taught that 2+2=5, right along-
side 2+2=4. It would make EXACTLY the same amount
of "sense."
No one will EVER be able to accuse the RRR cult's
lemmings with intelligence, and make it stick.
Of course, the Number One item on their list of hate-
agendas is to DENY access to the hugely-beneficial remedy
abortion to literally tens of millions of women, over time, at
the rate of more than a *million* FORCED gestation-comple-
tions per year. Against the will of all those girls and women
who would have opted for abortion, had they not had their
rights co-opted This is tantamount to a 9-month-long form
of RAPE and just as unconscionable as any other form of
it. In many cases, more so. Because a woman who has
been forcibly taped in the conventional manner stands a
good chance of getting over it, and making a full emotional
recovery, over time. But out of the millions of women raped
by the RRR cult's achievement of forced full gestation, a
very significant percentage of those girls and women would
NEVER accomplish their original plans, once their levels of
future opportunities had been reduced, with many of them
destroyed forever.
The RRR's lyingly whine that teenage girls and women are
obtaining abortions for "convenience." (I'll come back to
that.) In reality, that vast majority of abortions that are being
done electively, and *not* for reasons stemming from medical
necessity, are RESTORATIVE abortions. An abortion sought
and obtained in **self-defense** so as to easily and immediately
REVERSE the unwanted medical condition that posed so
tangible and inexorable threat to their future aspirations... plans
not only for the distant future, but which also could include
processes leading in that direction that were already in
progress.
Some "convenience," huh?
One thing about that "convenience" aspect that the RRR
whines so soulfully about -- they have *never* managed, to
the best of my knowledge, to (1) explain just what in the heck
is *wrong* with convenience, or (2) just how attempting to
interfere with the capability of others to have "convenience"
is ANY of *their* business, whatsoever.
BUSYBODYISM is a common denominator for *all* RRR
cult leaders and their relatively-mindless lemmings. No person
could possibly be an RRR cultist without being a busybody/
buttinsky of pretty much pathological proportions. Activist
RRR cultists generally carry that mental defect to the level
of control-freakism, such that -- mentally, at least, and often
outspokenly -- they are **dedicated** to their sociopathic
agenda, 24/7.
Think about characteristic that cultists possess, and one
very common one (of common denominator status, again) is
the way that the cultist NEVER questions either the motives
of their leaders, or the false doctrine & false dogma that they
spew. If someone, for example, points out to one of the
RRR's lemmings that ALL of the human life that the Bible
defends *as* people just happens to be comprised *of*,
literally, just that... *people* -- who have been BORN, the
cultist goes into a state of instant denial with the certainty
and authority of a tripped circuit breaker.
Likewise if it is pointed out to the lemming that the Bible
NEVER defends mere reproductive-process entities (i.e.,
gametes, zygotes, embryos and fetuses) as people, the
same mental mechanism is tripped. (The closest that the
Bible ever comes to doing that is in Ex. 21:20-25. Which
regards a fetus to be **property**, and is a passage that
actually and incredibly *condones* SLAVERY.
It is very likely that NO supporting fact even EXISTS that
can be drawn upon by the RRR to back its loathsome
stance against the right of women to choose the remedy of
abortion. (I've challenged them to produce so much as even
*one* such fact over 40+ years of actively defending this
important liberty, and not one single abortion opponent has
EVER yet been able to cite one.
If I go into detail on two of the other ludicrous and hateful
agendas that are being pursued by the RRR, this post will
become too long, and will go unread. So I'll just briefly
mention that they are censorship of airwaves/satellite/cable,
of print media, and, of course, of the Internet. And their utterly
mindless vendetta against people whose sexual orientation
is homosexual.
They attack the latter as though those folks were serial
killers, conveniently and hypocritically forgetting that the
supposed "sin" that they are on the warpath against just
happens to be not one whit worse that ones that THEY
regularly commit! Jesus is the **only** perfect person who
ever lived... and very interestingly, the Bible makes it clear
that as far as God is concerned, if a person breaks ONE of
the Ten Commandments, he's broken ALL of them. And
ironically... sexual orientation and activity (other than adultery)
isn't even one of the ten!
Before mentioning same-sex marriage, it's worthwhile to
point out that the ENDA Bill (soon to be reintroduced, I
understand) failed by just ONE Senate vote after the RRR
(via its radio/TV/e-mail/etc. marching orders conduits)
screeched bloody murder about it. So what was so "horrible"
about that pending law? It was the "Employment Non-
Discrimination Act," and all it would have done is to defend
people from being discriminated-upon in the workplace on
the basis of sexual orientation. So what was the RRR cult
REALLY saying to Congress? They literally were asking
Congress NOT to interfere with their mindless and hateful
bigotry.
Does it GET any more **stupid** than that???
The RRR cult isn't even playing with a full deck! (Keep
*that* in mind for a moment, too.)
Let's *briefly* look for a moment at same-sex marriage.
Numerous states and Congress have passed so-called
"DOMA" laws. What is "DOMA?" It stands for "Defense
of Marriage Act," and is designed to prohibit the marriage of
same-sex couples within each of its respective jurisdictions.
(In the case of the one passed by Congress, that applies to
workers on the federal payroll, and possibly to the residents of
Washington, DC.
So just HOW in the world is the prohibition of same-sex
marriage supposed to "defend" so-called "traditional" marriages?
If we average out all the studies, the number of people in
America who are gay is probably around 5% of the population.
That works out to around 15,000,000 people that the RRR
cult irrationally seeks to impose misery upon. How many of those
folks are likely to seek to become married to same-sex partners?
Probably less than a million.
In the vernacular -- "big harry deel."
A million people out of almost 300 million. That would be
less than **four-tenths* of ONE percent!
So let's say that in Springfield, USA (each of the 50 states
has a Springfield), a same-sex couple that has been *cohab-
iting* for several years lives a few blocks away from a given
opposite-sex *married* couple. (They may or may not know
or be aware of each other, but that makes no difference in this
scenario.)
OK. So same-sex marriage becomes legal throughout the
USA, just as it recently has in FAR more sensible Canada, and
some other countries. And Massachusetts. And the same-sex
couple that's been living together for so long finally is able to
become legally married, and they desire to. So they go down
to the JP and tie the knot.
CHALLENGE to the RRR cult loons:
Just *what* was the opposite-sex couple's "traditional"
marriage being "defended" FROM, which came into play at
that moment? How was the opposite-sex couple's marriage
negatively-impacted in ANY way?
(See what I mean? The RRR cult's elevator wouldn't
reach the 3rd story of a 115-floor skyscraper. They are perhaps
the most IRRATIONAL identifiable faction that America's seen
outside of the segregationists and the KKK. And every bit as
hateful and bigoted. Interestingly, the cult's lemmings could
figure that out for themselves in a heartbeat -- IF they would
only scrutinize the things that their leaders spew constantly in
their printed and broadcast propaganda. That disinformation
wouldn't hold up on close examination, because it is DEVOID
of supporting FACTS. There's NO way that unwanted repro-
ductive entities have any intrinsic value. There's nothing in
the Bible or anywhere else that ascribes any sort of "special-
ness" to fertilization. And that makes Stages 2, 3, and 4 of
the process equal in all ways to the gametes that comprise
Stage 1... all of which *also* are human, unique, and living
*potential* people. And there's no way that any opposite-sex
couple's marriage would be damaged if same-sex couples *also*
get legally married.
The RRR cult runs on, and depends upon, attracting and
holding as its adherents/lemmings people of low enough
mentality that they can be easily conned. And since most of
the people having common sense and higher levels of intelli-
gence than that would *reject* the cult leaders' information
out-of-hand, the cult almost surely is comprised of the gullible.
(If a study ever is done to determine that average IQ of
RRR cultists, it could prove to be VERY revealing.
OK -- to wrap this up -- America currently, as this is written,
faces the greatest threat ever as a nation that respects and
defends its citizens' individual liberties and rights. This is be-
cause the canny and devious leaders of the RRR have man-
aged to not only infest the Republican Party with its lemmings,
but has actually fooled party members themselves into feeling
that they'd ostracized by fellow Republicans if they didn't toe the
RRR's party line. And the Republican Party controls both
houses of Congress at this time AND has its own doltish puppet
in the White House.
Here's the threat: NOT the current Roberts nomination to
the U,.S. Supreme Court. He appears to be cut from the same
cloth as the person he will be replacing -- William Rehnquist.
The REAL threat comes from those same Republicans pushing
through a replacement for Sandra Day O'Connor.
O'Connor has been a VITALLY-important swing vote in the
Court, and when 5-4 decisions have saved individual liberties
during her tenure, it has been HER vote that got that done.
For at least the last 70 years... longer than the vast majority
of Americans have been alive or can remember, the Court has
had an egalitarian majority. And as a result, our freedoms have
been upheld over and over and over again. E.g. --
-- 1954 -- Brown vs. Board of Education. -- Spelled the
beginning of the end of segregation.
-- 1967 -- Loving vs. Virginia -- struck down the last
remaining hateful and bigoted laws against
interracial marriage.
-- 1973 -- Roe vs. Wade -- The greatest act of emancipation
of millions of people since Lincoln's Emancipation
Proclamation ended slavery. It ended the FORCING
of women to complete unwanted gestations.
-- 1997 -- Reno vs. ACLU -- struck down the heinous CDA,
which had been enacted to impose censorship
on the Internet.
-- 2003 -- Lawrence vs. Texas -- Defended the privacy of
all Americans by kicking the government OUT of
everyone's bedrooms.
And there are more, but I need to end the post.
UNLESS the American people can get off their apathetic
duffs and DEMAND a different outcome, it is almost certain that
the heroic and egalitarian Sandra Day O'Connor's seat will have
a neocon replacement. And then we will face something we've
never bore been threatened with: a REPRESSIVE Supreme
Court that **no longer** scours the Constitution for liberty-
preserving verbiage when making its decisions.
It is the most realistic gateway to an Orwellian Society that
has ever been in the wings. And Supreme court appointments
are for life.
We may never see a free America again, once that irrevocable
downhill slide toward "1984"-style repression begins.
And for any scoffer who thinks otherwise, I say this: WHY
take so horrendous and irreversible a risk?!?
We lost our BEST chance to avoid this when Bush *returned*
to the White House. The only thing that can save us now is for
Americans to DEMAND an egalitarian replacement for O'Connor.

On Wed, 28 Sep 2005 11:07:22 -0400, "Accept Jesus!"
<gymraven@hotmail.com> spake thusly:
You're going to have
to make up your mind... assuming it isn't already
too late.

Why don't you pray for him, as the Bible says?

Eight examples now and I'm still waiting on the discussion you promised
to any evolutionist who offers evidence for so-called macroevolution:

If you're too cowardly to even acknowledge them, let alone provide the
discussion you're so afraid of - the discussion you claimed the
evolutionists would run from but you would not, I'll understand. What
greater calling could a believer have than to emulate a saint - a limp
Peter at the Passion.
I guess the evolutionists win.
