Boys and girls of religiously inclined families and singles that support
circumcision will be forced to have their children submitted to yearly
medical exams to check if they have been illegally submitted to
circumcision. Penalties can include the temporary removal of the abused
child.

child. Check performed by Doctors connected to the same religions are not
allowed.
This check for child abuse will extend to boys and girls of any religion
where mental or physical abuse in known or suspected to exist.
