if any of you have owned a website for any length of time, and had people
bookmarking it, you've seen the 404 Error that results when Internet
Explorer tries to find favicon.ico --- well, I found out how to make these
little files, and got a page full of them. Some came out pretty nice, if I
say so myself... I'm giving them away for free. From checking around, I
found several places offering to make them, but for $75 (custom made). Some
places want to sell expensive software to make them.
I just wanted any basic, plain, simple (preferrably free) favicon.ico to get
rid of the nuisance of a 404 Error on my stats. Anyway... if any of you have
websites, and don't have a favicon.ico maybe one on my page will be a
graphic you'll like. There's several kinds, and I'll be adding more as I go
along, if I can think of some more neat, attractive designs. Instead of
asking people for money, I figured why not use that $75 going rate to
encourage people to donate a little bit of money to breast cancer research.
I think that's a worthwhile cause. "Race Fans for a Cure"...
BTW, Ed Babinski gave Jonathan Sarfati a nice talking-to just today. I
posted his email to Sarfati at:
www.edwardtbabinski.us/babinski/answers-in-genesis-response.html
Pretty good stuff.

So HTML is another thing about which Sharon is totally ignorant.
