Owd Claims It's Pagan Idolatrous, and Satanic to worship Christ as God |
There's no need for someone to get tangled up in
Owd's sophistry, to discern what he really believes. As long
as he keeps attacking and calling the doctrine of the trinity
"Satanic", "pagan" and "idolatry", he is calling the worship
of Jesus Christ as the One eternal God, "pagan", "idolatrous",
and "Satanic". Why?
Simple. Owd agrees God is only One God (that's half the
doctrine of the trinity). So what part of the trinity
doctrine does he call pagan, Satanic idolatry then? The only
thing left to disagree with, is the part which says Jesus
Christ and the Holy Spirit are equally the One true God, along
with the Father.
Thus, no matter how Owd claims he believes Jesus Christ is
"divine", "God", etc., he denies He is God, in the same full,
eternally self existing sense as the Father. Otherwise, He
wouldn't keep attacking the doctrine of the trinity as a
pagan, idolatrous, Satanic lie. He can't agree God is One,
and that Christ and the Spirit are equally this One true God
with the Father, then claim the doctrine of the trinity is
a pagan, idolatrous, lie from Satan.
When Owd keeps calling the worship of the One triune God
"pagan", "idolatrous", and "Satanic", he *is* calling the
worship of Jesus Christ, as God Himself, pagan idolatry, and a
lie from Satan.
Denying the true deity of Christ, robs the gospel of any
saving value, and proclaims a false "Savior", who would
not be qualified or capable of bearing anyone's sins in the
first place. This is a damnable heresy which will result in
Owd's eternal damnation.

I already showed, from John 8, where Christ said unless you
believe He is "he", you would die in your sins. He then said
"before Abraham was, I am". That expression, "I am", is a
claim to full deity. Jesus Christ is the Elohiym, Jehovah God
who sent Moses to Israel. If you deny Christ's deity, in the
sense the Bible sets forth His deity, the Bible says you will
die in your sins.

We are taught that we are our brother's keeper! We can not just stand
by and watch as someone walks off a spiritual cliff! We do not condemn
OWD, that is between him and God! We do discern that what he has been
saying and teaching, is non-orthodox, also heretical, and that this
teaching is described in scripture which he says he adheres to, as a
damnable heresy! This definitely puts him in danger of judgement and
condemnation, and so it is actually an act of love of Christ, that we
point this out to him! We pray that he would hear us, repent from his
way, and we will gain a brother! We do not in any way rejoice in
seeing him ensnared the way that he is in this spiritual trap that will
lead to his destruction if he continues to walk the way he has been
walking!
We are also charged with protecting the rest of the Body of Christ from
those who would teach these heresies, and cause great damage to the
Body! So it is out of Love for Christ, for the Body, and even for OWD,
that we must discern the nature of his error!
