PAT ROBERTSON IS A WINNER! |
"Imagine a world when there are no more crime lords selling prostitutes,
selling pornography, selling gambling devices, selling drugs, and stealing
from legitimate business." (Pat Robertson)
After reading this interesting quote of Pat Robertson, do not imagine so
fast a world without crime lords selling "gambling devices". When Pat
Robertson pronounced these words, he could have been under an amnesic
anointing, unless he was simply controlled by a spirit of deception. Be
assured if the Newspapers did not publish this article written by Cal Thomas
" Pat Robertson's high horse" the gospel businessman would still own
commercial stables, thoroughbred racing and breeding stock.
Who will ever know how many men and women have been ruined, losing their
houses, cars and all their possessions gambling on the thoroughbred horses
of Pat Robertson? Not only that, while Pat Robertson was daily asking hard
working Christians to charge they credit cards to send him donations, the
anointed businessman bought himself a horse for $520,000 that he named Mr.
Pat. Yet feeling absolutely no guilt or shame Pat Robertson was asking us to
imagine a world without "crime lords" selling "gambling devices".
Unfortunately awaken by the horrendous reality of the $520, 000 horse of Pat
Robertson, we do not have to imagine a world where fellow Christians are
making huge sacrifices to support a so called man of God "fondness for the
performance of equine athletes" and for gambling:

Simply look at the jubilant face of Pat Robertson while you read his
official statement that he would dispose of his "gambling devices", truly
a picture is worth a thousand words:

Yeah, he'll get his millions for selling his horse and stables and the
Christianites will forgive him. The guy's net worth is over 200 million.
This is $ that can be accounted for.... that is American $. He has untold
and untaxed wealth in a variety of other countries.

GEE how much stuff does he own?? I thought that people of God where not to
hoard money but be humble and help others. And having come into a little
lately myself, I can now afford anything I want OR I can help with it,
those of you that know me, know I will help, and have already begun too :)
For God is ruler over all things, and to Him be the Glory! To me a real
preacher is one that doesn't have a huge church or a nice three story
house and one child living in it. It is one that lives humbly (modestly)
and meek, one that goes out to tell the Good News of Christ and remains
upright in all things. Guess things have changed since the bible was
written huh? or did they? (duh NO).
Geez PAT R, don't you think you should begin to DO that which you originally
set out to do,(help),, and all those like him, or is THAT what you set out
to do in the first place? Reminds me of someone who had airconditioned dog
houses and gold toilets ;/.

Pat Robertson pointed out that Hugo Chavez really does present some
significant problems for our country. Perhaps his resolve was tendered a
little strong but we all say things that we later regret. What you
shouldn't do is judge another man's point of view without understanding his
convictions.
In my town the local farmers breed horses which really doesn't sound all
that different from what Pat Robertson was doing. Just because the man was
breeding race horses doesn't mean he was gambling. A lot of people buy
horses for a variety of reasons; leisure riding, farm work, involvment with
4-H, to show off at the county fair.

1Tm:6: 9: But THEY THAT WILL BE RICH FALL INTO TEMPTATION AND
A SNARE, AND INTO MANY FOOLISH AND HURTFUL LUSTS, WHICH
DROWN MEN IN DESTRUCTION AND PERDITION.
10: FOR THE LOVE OF MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL: which while SOME
COVETED AFTER, THEY HAVE ERRED FROM THE FAITH, and pierced themselves
through with many sorrows.
11: But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after
righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness
Operation Blessing was the name of the "Humanitarian mission"
organized in 1994 by Pat Robertson through the 700 Club. Generous,
good hearted Christians flooded their phone lines giving huge amount
of money, sincerely believing they would help distressed African
refugees who were fleeing the civil war in Rwanda.
In September 1994 three airplanes were flown to Zaire by Operation
Blessing. As strange as it may sound, the chief pilot Robert
Hinkle declared that, in a period of six month, only one time they
hauled 500 lbs of medical supplies. Other Anointed surprise, Mr.
Hinkle goes on to say:
``We got over there and we had `Operation Blessing' painted on
the tails of the airplanes, but we were doing no humanitarian
relief at all. We were just supplying the miners and flying the
the dredges from Kinshasa out to Tshikapa.''
The airplanes were mostly used for mining business, the long time
dictator Mobutu Sese Seko gave a diamond mining concession in Zaire
to Pat Robertson's Company African Development Co. It is a long story
of Christian blood, diamonds and exploitation that goes back to 1992.
Sunday February 16,1992 after Church Services, Hundred Thousands of
Christians poured into the streets of Kinshasa the Capital of Zaire,
in a peaceful demonstration against Mobutu. The bullets of Mobutu's
soldiers shed the innocent blood of Christian believers, men, women
and Children who were carrying only in their hands the Holy Bible.
The streets were red with blood, 250 baptized followers of Christ were
killed. Three weeks after the Massacre, Pat Robertson was on Zaire
Television embracing Mobutu, shaking his hand still wet with Christian
blood, calling him a democrat and a fine Christian.
The Seatle Times of March 17, 1997 also published that "Evangelist"
Pat Robertson was paying the African miners for a whole day of hard
work in his diamond mine between 50 cents to a dollar, that
represents more or less 10 cents an hour.
Approximately five years after Operation Diamonds, Pat Robertson was
ready for a new Venture in Africa, Operation Gold! On May 20, 1999
Reverend Pat Robertson signed on the behalf of his Company Freedom
Gold, Limited an agreement for gold mining rights in Liberia with
Muslim Charles Taylor who escaped on September 15, 1985 from the
Plymouth Detention Center in the United States and became President
of Liberia in 1997. Pat Robertson's Company was expeted to spent 10 to 15
Millions of Dollars in the mining exploratory phase alone...
News Corp.'s Fox Kids Worldwide Inc. bought several years ago Pat
Robertson's TV Broadcasting Network IFE International Family
Entertainment Network for 1.9 Billion of dollars.
Anointed Reverend Pat Robertson always claimed that he often received
words of knowledge and wisdom from God. If it was really God giving
him these words of wisdom and knowledge: would not God tell him that
he has enough Money and it is time for him to stop asking hard
working Christians for their money?
Mt:19:23: Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto
you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Lk:6:24: But woe unto you that are rich! for ye have received your
consolation.
25: Woe unto you that are full! for ye shall hunger. Woe unto you
that laugh now! for ye shall mourn and weep.
