Prayer for Tom McDonald |
<You are a spectacular, massive waste of perfectly good atoms.
You are clearly a disturbed and disturbing human being. I'd like
to give you the benefit of the doubt and writing your offenses
off to your mental issues. I strongly suggest you stop posting and get some
serious mental
health counseling.
In the mean time, quiting the ngs is the only way you are likely
to stop harming people. Jason managed to quit (albeit for
different reasons); you can, too.>
Please join me in daily prayer for Tom McDonald, an unbeliever from these
boards. Tom sounds like an atheist but I cnat say for sure. I wonder if
Davey can assist.
Dear Lord bless Tom, save his soul!
Help Tom to turn from his ways and learn the gospel. Help Tom to go to
church and accept Jesus. Perhaps Tom can watch a Billy Graham video tape,
or some other TV preacher such as Charles Stanley or Joel Osteen (JW will
not publicly support me on this one).
I pray that Christians come and bless Tom, and give me the strength not to
retalate back. Help me not to relate back but to turn the other cheek as
you did. You only came to serve Lord, and you did not strike down the many
that kept on insulting you before you died. Help me do the same, and help
me avoid the many people that dislike me in these boards. Jason Gastrich
your servant had many enemies, and so does John Weatherly. It seems like
those that are free from sin, seem togain enemies in these boards fast.
Help us minister and love these people.

If it ever worked before, this "Prayer for [fill in name]" schtick doesn't
work any more. We see you use it every time someone tells you something
for which you have no Christian response.
Well, your feigned prayer isn't a Christian response either. If the Lord
had really put a burden on your heart for Tom, then you would have prayed
yourself. Or, you may have asked others to add Tom to their prayer lists,
and then suggested why he needed prayer.
These two CORRECT ways of doing it would have kept the prayer in private -
in the prayer closets of believers - where it properly belongs. (See
Matthew 6:1,5-6.) But the pretense of leading a public, group prayer for
someone for whom you have great distaste - because he dared rebuke you in
public (which WAS proper 1 Timothy 5:20) is simply wrong. Your feigned
piety appears to be a thinly disguised attempt at self-righteousness and/or
revenge. You, of all people, should know better than to do either one.
