Prison Planet |
I hope this finds you all well and in good spirit.
We know that Father (God) created the earth and these bodies for us to
learn how to be good from Him (Gen. 1:26). Have you ever wondered
why? Why would God make us go through the pain and suffering of the
lives on this planet in these human-animal bodies? Why not make us
like the rest of His Children (ALL of the angels of heaven)? Why did
He build an entire universe and then confine us to this one solitary
planet? Does that sound like the loving and fair thing to do? Could
there be more to it than "meets the eye"?
There are many references in The Scriptures to this being a prison
planet. Please see the following verses which should help everyone
better understand why we are here.
Psalms 69:33 For the "I AM" heareth the poor, and despiseth not His
prisoners (all of the people on this prison planet).
Psalms 102:20 To hear the groaning of the prisoner (everyone on this
prison planet); to free (only) those (who repent) that He has
sentenced to death (every sinner);
Psalms 142:7 Bring my soul out of prison, that I may praise Thy name:
the righteous shall compass me about; for Thou shalt deal bountifully
with me.
Psalms 146:7 Which executeth Judgment for the oppressed: Which giveth
food to the hungry. The "I AM" looseth the prisoners:
Ecclesiastes 4:14 For in this prison (planet earth) he cometh to
reign; because of this [he that is] born in his kingdom becometh poor.
Isaiah 14:17 [That] made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the
cities thereof; [that] opened not the house of his prisoners?
Isaiah 24:22 And they shall be gathered together, [as] prisoners are
gathered in the pit, and shall be shut up in the prison, and after
many days shall they be visited.
Isaiah 42:7 TO OPEN BLIND EYES, TO BRING OUT THE PRISONERS FROM THIS
PRISON [planet], [and] them that sit in darkness out of the prison
house.
Isaiah 61:1 The Spirit of the Lord "I AM" [is] upon me; because the "I
AM" hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath
sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the
captives, and the opening of the prison to [them that are] bound;
Lamentations 3:31 For the Lord will not cast off for ever:
3:32 But though He cause grief, yet will he have compassion according
to the multitude of His mercies.
3:33 For He doth not afflict willingly nor grieve the children of men.
3:34 To crush under His feet all the prisoners of the earth,
Romans 16:7 Salute Andrew and John, my kinsmen, and my
fellowprisoners, who are of note among the apostles, who also were in
Christ before me.
Ephesians 3:1 For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for
you Gentiles,
Ephesians 4:1 I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that
ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,
II Timothy 1:8 Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our
Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou a sharer of the afflictions
of the gospel according to the power of God;
Philemon 1:1 Paul, a prisoner of Jesus Christ, and Timothy [our]
brother, unto Philemon our dearly beloved, and fellowlabourer,
Philemon 1:9 Yet for love's sake I rather beseech [thee], being such
an one as Paul the aged, and now also a prisoner of Jesus Christ.

earth and what you are doing in this prison, then please read "The Way

No, I did not miss the point. I got the point
and I responded by telling you that you added
your own words to many of the passages, to
make them appear as if they said what you claim.
But they do not and actually have nothing to do
with what you claimed they do.
No offense. I'm not trying to insult you.
I'm just stating the way I see it.
For example, look at the above passage, which is
a quote of you. You added, "all of the people on
this prison planet". Now where does the verse
itself say that? It doesn't.
Now you can go on and on and on and on, all you
want to, but you will be giving us nothing more than
your doctrine, which you cannot possibly prove and
the fact is, that if *anyone* wishes to claim to be
serving God, then they *must* admit to when they
add their own thoughts to Scripture.
It's not that I have a problem with people presenting
their own views. The problem is hen people say,
"The Bible says so!", when in reality, *THEY* said so,
just as is true about you, above.
The Bible does *NOT* say what you added! And you
can be as inflamed as you want, but the truth is the truth
and the Bible does not say what you claimed. You BELIEVE
that that's what that passage MEANS, but nowhere can you
show me that all of the passages that you quoted speak of
the planet Earth as a prison.
Furthermore, here you are, on Earth, a beautiful planet
and you are free to roam it all you wish and yet, you
claim to be a prisoner?! While your spirit is trapped
in your body, that does not make the planet Earth a
prison. In fact, you should not forget that God created
the Garden of Eden. A paradise!
I think that actual prisoners would disagree with you! :)

Pastor Dave,
Thank-you for your reply.
To subscribe to your theory you would need to dismiss all of the
verses shared in the original post. If you think that the world is a
Garden of Eden and that it is "normal" in a "civilized" society that
is supposed to be following God's Instructions and The Example that
Christ-Jesus set for all of us (John 14:6) to have people cheat, lie,
steal, rape and murder each other then you are truly seeing everything
backwards.
The earth is one planet in a large solar system that is part of an
extremely large galaxy that is one of countless galaxies in the
universe that God created. Do you really believe that we are not
prisoners of planet earth? Did God Himself tell us that He made us so
we could learn to be like Him and the rest of the angels of heaven
(Gen. 1:26)?
Please take your own advice and reject your man-made (satanic)
doctrine.
May peace be upon you,
Rob

I'm not going to argue this with you.
<Yet you have replied to argue.>
It is your theory that is in question. I did not provide a theory.
<Of course you did. Your theory is that this is not a prison when The
Bible clearly states that it is.>
The truth is, you are adding words to the verses.
<The truth is the truth and everything else is a lie and does not make
sense. Christ told us that He was the truth (John 14:6) and that most
would prefer to believe the lies rather than Him (John 8:44-45). I
have not added any words to these verses. They are quoted from The
King of kings' Bible. If you wish to use a KJV you will find that
most of the verses are the same and refer to this place as being a
prison and to us as the prisoners.>
It's that simple. To throw out your claim, is not to throw out the
verses, since they don't say what you claimed, which is why you typed
in your own
words. Rather, it is to throw out your claim.
<All rationalizations on your part to hide from the truth that this IS
a prison planet. If you are truly a Pastor, may I ask please why you
choose to disobey the Words of Christ Who clearly told us that NO ONE
should be a rabbi, priest, etc (Matt. 23:8-10) because He is the ONLY
Teacher/Master?
I hope you will not take offense to the questions posed but I will not
allow your misinterpretation of The Scriptures to mislead others.
May peace be upon you,
