Isaiah 53 is an oracle about the passion of the Christ -- that Christ
will suffer and die as an offering for sin. [Isaiah 53:12] "...And he
shall take away the sins of many, and win pardon for their offenses".
The oracle is fulfilled in Jesus Christ.
