I have read Origin's unanswered refutation of
Celcius and Jerome's response to Porphyry
of Tyre. The fact is if they really had refuted
Christianity it would have been published
througout the Empire long before Diocletion

FYI Porphyry of Tyre is a witness to the long
ending of Mark.

What exactly is the truth? I have read the Apostles' Creed, but I could
not make anything of it.

If the Romans had produced the body
it wouldn't make sense.I guess pagans
like you were not smart enough to
check the tomb.
Point, I think you are smart enough
and so were the Romans.

They were not smart enough to anticipate any eventuality.

Martin you are out logically responding to
Christians trying to prove them wrong.
Do you really believe not one Roman
official wasn't as smart as you?

give a big bribe.

Oh come on! If you are an official you are supposed to get rich by taking
brides! Everybody knows that! Just look at Congress. Things haven't even
changed since the time of Rome!

Please no that taking a "bride" will not make one rich unless the
prospective bride has a substantial dowery. It's generally an expense, not
the way to wealth (Congressman or no).

That depends on how much they pay you to take her off your hands and how
long you have to keep her before you can run! ?8^)
