Processed food has many ingredients that adds extreme amounts of sugar that
adds weight will even little intake. High fructose corn syrup is an additive
in many foods that is highly caloric and adds weight. There are other
additives that cause people to crave certain foods, such as msg, and they
too add to the weight problem. The added sugars and carbohydrates in so many
of the processed food, which by the way, processed food has NO nutritional
value as well, is what puts the weight on. Also the added hormones in much
of the meat products, added to add weight to the cattle, chickens, etc to
make them fatter for a higher profit, when you eat it, you gain weight as
well, for you are eating those weight gaining hormones as well.

And as far as eating lean meat, that simply means that there is less fat in
the meat, so you are still consuming the chemical hormones that make the

Also there is the affect of a person's genes. If you ever noticed twins,
identical genetic makeup, but you never see one which is fat and the other
thin because of different eating habits. People's genetic makeup may cause a
person to be on the lean or heavy side as well. Another factor involved is
age. As a person ages, the body gets weaker, therefore slowing it down and
not getting the exercise necessary to stay fit. Often times the metabolism
changes, as well as the chemical make up in the body that causes weight to
be gained. Also because of the capitalistic system and people being forced
to work 40 hours a week, with either an hour or half hour lunch, most times
in a hurry, people will get whatever is easier and because of busy
lifestyles, placing a preponderance amount of effort required to eat
correctly in the American lifestyle and system, and it is difficult and
time consuming, which people don't want to be bothered with or don't have
the time, nor strength to go to all of that trouble. The system needs to
change in order to PROVIDE healthy eating choices, instead of the
overwhelming preponderance of UNHEALTHY, FATTENING and CHEMICALLY treated
food choices that are available. Capitalism, based on greed and profits,
sole concern is selling their goods and not caring the affects that it has
on the people, so they fill the shelves with fattening junk, easy to attain
and easy to prepare, which the American people will be tempted continuously
with, making it the most difficult choices for a lean healthy lifestyle. You
also must take into consideration, the emotional concepts of a person.
Because the earth is permeated with evil, hatred, violence, war, stress, no
love, no compassion, no mercy, no kindness, anguish, sorrow, suffering, many
people are depressed or sad, and eating is comforting that fulfills that
inner void of sadness and stress. We need to change the capitalistic system,
the attitudes and actions of men and remove the stress, conflicts,
temptations and governmental poisoning of our food with additives and
chemicals, that causes people to be overweight and stop blaming the
individuals, thinking that they are gorging themselves with food to make
them fat, when it is a myriad of reasons for the problem. Persecuting
overweight individuals adds to their emotional problems, which does NOTHING
to help them overcome their desire for comfort foods. It is NOT about making
excuses, it is about much needed changes in our system, in our foods and
their preparation, manufacturing and processing and the changing of evil
attitudes of the heartless bigots who are blessed with not having the
problem of weight gain.

Just stating facts, Dave and I didn't say I wasn't doing it, however, I keep
everything on a level that it doesn't become too involved in the things of

be the factor that controls my flesh. My body is merely the cloak that my
