No it is not an absolute fact. I've seen this occasionally but it is rare.
In such a class as you describe, the class may well have laughed but an
astute treacher would have called attention to the fact that that student
was absolutely correct.

You have over generalised, assuming that the trolls who claim to be

But even if your baseless charge was right, what good does it do you

committed the misdeed you complain of. You may even be bringing on

The point I was making was that the steps taken don't infringe your
right to worship, while maintaining other people's right to opt out if
they wish. Thus, people's rights are balanced.
As for what you said, I doubt your proposition; but even if it were
true, all religious laws certainly aren't moral. What about stoning
adulterers or mutilating theives by chopping thier hands off.
Shouldn't punishment be proportional to the crime and how exactly does
stoning a woman to death help her cuckolded husband? Or cutting off
the hand of a thief, help him honestly earn a living wage to support
his wife and children?
This is a vengful code, not a moral one.

No. "Morality" changes with the culture and the times. Killing women
who had been raped? (Moral) Stoning bad sons? (moral) Owning Slaves?

I wasn't talking about atheists masquerading as Christians, but
Bible-believing Christians who take seriously Christ's words about loving
their enemies and caring about others as they care for themselves. They
would rather lay down their lives, than harm anyone. But even those of
Satan's lying minions pale in the face of the self-confessed atheist
communists on the rampage killing untold millions.
