hmmm, well, maybe you could give an example of "verifiable". Anyway,
not sure this will really do but how about...
1) Fact: The universe had a beginning(I'm not sure this is a provable
fact actually - maybe talk to some metaphysicians(har)).
2) Fact: Everything that began is an effect and therefore had a cause.
So far, we have something that caused the universe to come into being.
We'll call this the Maker(I know atheists and agnostics (are they not
the same?) will appreciate this title).
3) Fact: The sum cannot exceed the parts therefore the Maker must, at
the very least, have the capacity to assess personality because He
caused personality to come into being. (this may be a little shaky).
Anyway, that's my contribution for now.
No doubt true for some god(s) among many, but is it the God of Christ?

"GOD" THE CHRISTIAN MEANING OF THE WORD ACCORDING TO SCRIPTURE:
Jesus in Jn:4:24: "GOD IS A SPIRIT, and they that worship him must
worship him in spirit and in truth."
Jesus in John 14:6-10: Jesus saith unto him: "I am the way, the truth,
and the life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. If ye had known me,
ye should have known my Father also, and from henceforth YE KNOW HIM AND

Jesus in John 12:44-46`Then Jesus cried out and said, "He who believes

Him who sent Me. I have come as a light into the world, that whoever
believes in me should not abide in darkness."
Jesus in Lk 17:20-21: And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when
the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said: "The kingdom of
God cometh not with observation. Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo
there! For, behold, the kingdom of GOD IS WITHIN YOU."
1Jn:4:8: He that loveth not, knoweth not God; for GOD IS LOVE.
1Jn:4:16: And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us.
GOD IS LOVE; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
Acts:17:28: For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain
also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.
