Misty wrote: We no longer need that kind of symbol to believe in the
Living
Creator God.

-- No, we don't need that symbol no longer since we're now under the
New Covenant. The Ark of His Testament is now in Heaven. (Rev 11:19)
And that is also what your seeing in chapters 10 & 12. (or 10/12)

and we do know the Children of Israel kept on backsliding
so I believe in all of Solomons Wisdom he sent it away to be housed
some
place else.

-- huh? Maybe God took away some of Solomons wisdom after he started
chasing after foreign gods, but if it doesn't actually mention it, it
can only be speculation. However, i have entertained the thought
before myself.

When King Nebuchadnezzar made his image of Gold in Dan 3:1, where did
he get all the Gold to make it?

IF you put gold that tall it would reach critical mass and just settel
down on
itself. so I must say it was only overlayed in Gold as they to today
with
Gold leaf.

-- I wouldn't think it was solid Gold either, but nevertheless, there
would have been a lot of Gold used even in an overlay.

And what would he do to those who wouldn't fall down and worship this
image? Read on down to verse 6 of the same chapter.

Not much because there were few that would not and when the
Three would not they fell heir to the wickedness of the others so
they
got thrown into the firy furnace but sinse they were Gods people the
fire
had no effects on them nor did they even smell of fire.
You tell me how that worked when you reread it.

-- With the case of Shad, Mesh, and Abed, that was an exception to
prove to King Neb that God was able to deliver them out of his hands.
I doesn't say if there were others or not, but it sure roasted the men
who tried to cast them in the oven, didn't it?

The height of King Neb's image was threescore cubits, and the breadth
thereof six cubits. Or 60x6,right? But it was only "2" dimensional.

NO it was 3 dimensional.
You can not have just 2 dimentions in a statue for people to bow down
to.

-- We know it would have to be three dimensions in reality, but the
description in the Book only shows two dimensions.

It would have to be just a projetion on something else. like a
screen.
I do not think they had immage projcting equipment at that time.

-- or a painting of Gold on the wall perhaps?

Then flip on over to Revelations 13:15:18 "And he had power to give
life unto the beast...". This would give it a third dimension bringing
the number to 666.

Is That Revelation 13:15-18
or do you want us to read that as chapters.

That beast is only a vission in a dream

-- In John's Revelation he was actually in the Spirit.. (Read Rev
4:2)

but it did represent some beast
behind something that was real or what the real thing portrayed in
kind.

-- Seeing how this is right after satan & his angels are booted out
of Heaven, (Rev 12:7-9) and he was cast to the earth, it could mean
literally. After all, power was given to the second beast to do all
sorts of miracles, even to give life unto the Image of the beast.

And just like with King Neb's image, "as many as would not worship
the image of the beast should be killed." ( Rev 13:15)

Now where does that leave the real and True Christians of the last
2,000
years?
You need to go to Rev 14 to get that information, please. . .

-- what part of Rev 14?

In Isaiah 14:12 the Bible reads: " How art thou fallen from Heaven, o
Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground,
which didst weaken the Nations... And who was the Lord speaking of
here? It was the King of Babylon (Is 14:4) It couldn't have been
speaking of an earthly King, because it's been understood that this is
one of two passages in the old testament that portrays the devil.

It was the prince that was mentioned in Dan 9, the one that was not
capitalized.
It is the uncapitalized prince that seems to be the power behind all
earthly
or worldly powered authoritys.

-- ok, i can go along with that..

I went back to check and yes it is only an
image which means it is a picture as you tell.

And Verse 4 of Dan 3 also says it is "Golden" not made of
Gold.
Wow good detective work there friend.
