Yes it is, otherwise Jesus and God would not have said "Judge not with harsh
judments, lest ye also be judged." You may declare that God said such and
such, but you may NOT condemn others with God's word. That would be set
aside for God alone, For every man falls short of the glory of God.
It depends on what you're judging. We cannot judge
someones eternal state, because God may save them yet.
That is not the same as judging between what's right
and wrong.
Judging right from wrong is one thing, but judging others as right or
wrong is quite another, except to determine who to avoid, or hang
around
God gave us His word to do just that. To
take your logic to its logical conclusion, you cannot
say that pedophilia is wrong, to anyone, because you'd
be judging.
"13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them
have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their
blood shall be upon them." Lev 20:13 (KJV)
God did not say this. Moses said it in the stead of God.
Moses gave us God's words to mankind.
Jesus doesn't agree with you, as He pointed out that Moses added in
his opinion on the matter of divorce, which in my book brings the rest
of what Moses said into doubt
Stating that
"God didn't say it" is ridiculous. By that logic, we
must throw out your statement about what Jesus said
above, because, after all, Jesus didn't write it
Himself, some man did.
