Evolution or Devolution?

Those who ardently claim that they have descended from apes may have
it backward.

Taxonomically speaking, homo sapiens is a species of primate, one of
the so-called great apes (not that facts matter to you). Thus,
denying your descent from apes seems to mean one of the following:
a) You were miraculously created without the benefit of a biological
mother or father.
b) Your parents aren't human.

I have to rule out a) as I find nothing miraculous about you.
Instead, I opt for b) as you have all the unpleasant characteristics
of a cockroach and none of the benefits.

Hello,
Taken that evolution is really true, if we descended from apes and
evolution goes for the 'survival of the fittest', why did the missing
link (the alleged 'ape-men') between humans and the lower apes all die
off, yet evolution retained the lower apes and thus 'less fit' than
their more advanced evolved 'ape-men'? Was that just an aberration?
Perhaps evolution meant to wipe us out, but missed. That's ok, we are
trying to take care where it failed.
But if the Theory of Evolution is only a just a theory of men and
doesn't really exist in the real world, then the reason we have apes
and men but nothing in-between, is because nothing ever existed
in-between in the first place. Conditions today in the real world
reflect just as Genesis said, each different life was created
separately. (Ge 1:24)
Thus the first apes were created as full and complete apes, and the
first humans as full and complete humans. And this is what the fossil
record shows in the real world! All the alleged transitional fossils
needed to prove Evolution just are not there in the record. (even
Darwin was puzzled by the lack of transitional fossils. See "Origin of
the Species")
Sincerely, James

Hello,

Taken that evolution is really true, if we descended from apes

One of the commonest misconceptions. We did NOT descend from apes -
humans and apes evolved from a common ancestor. That is why there is no
"missing link".

and
evolution goes for the 'survival of the fittest', why did the missing
link (the alleged 'ape-men') between humans and the lower apes all die
off, yet evolution retained the lower apes and thus 'less fit' than
their more advanced evolved 'ape-men'?

"Less fit" s not a meaningful phrase, and "survival of the fittest" is
a common, but misleading shorthand. The 'fitness' of a species is a
measure of its adaptation to its environment. Hence small monkeys exist
because they are very closely fitted for their habitat. Similarly the
apes you refer to.

Was that just an aberration?
Perhaps evolution meant to wipe us out, but missed. That's ok, we are
trying to take care where it failed.

But if the Theory of Evolution is only a just a theory of men and
doesn't really exist in the real world,

There's nothing 'just' about a theory. The electromagnetic theory
defined originally by Maxwell is "just" a theory, but it does a very
good job of explaining light etc and a of making sure your television
has something to receive.

then the reason we have apes
and men but nothing in-between, is because nothing ever existed
in-between in the first place. Conditions today in the real world
reflect just as Genesis said, each different life was created
separately. (Ge 1:24)

Thus the first apes were created as full and complete apes, and the
