Nope, that's not possible.
Look up wireless access points, most are only good for a few
hundred feet and that's IF you have a good antenna. Your head
is NOT a good antenna, and any such "chip in my head" won't have
a good internal antenna either... and won't have any real power
to transmit out with... or do you have replacement batteries in
your head too?
That and did you check for any holes in your head? Did you find
any? Without holes, your head hasn't had anything implanted.
(I know this is a waste of time, but hey, so was his original post)
