There is nothing complicated about it.
Start adding up the wars, invasions, and other agressive actions
initiated by Christian nations over the last 2000 years. Then compare
that # to each other religion. Bet even you can guess who is #1.

Concerning those alleged 'Christian' nations that started wars, let's
see if Jesus views them as genuine Christians. Lu 6:46,
"Why do you call me, 'Lord, Lord,' and do not do what I say?" (NIV)
Clearly Jesus wants his true followers to not only believe in him, but
to obey his commands. And here is one of Jesus' commands at Mt 5:44,
"But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute
you," (NASB)
Doesn't look to me like those nations you mentioned above were
following this command by Jesus, does it.
Thus to be more accurate, you should have said that those nations were
PROFESSING to be Christian who started those wars. (and we all know
that anyone can profess anything; just professing doesn't make it so)
So in actuality according to the Scriptures above, those nations were
genuine Christian nations. Real, true Christians really do follow
Jesus' command, and LOVE their enemies. Thus they will not use war
weapons against them. That is just one way you can distinguish true
Christians from professed Christians who don't follow Jesus' commands.
