thereby entirely perverting the meaning. Sure, there was no punctuation in
the original, but if an intelligent person (let alone god!!!) says:
"Verily I say unto you today you will be with me in Paradise"
it can ONLY mean:
"Verily, I say unto you, today you will be with me in Paradise"
