Subject: I'm Guilty. Feb. 5, 2004.
As I read the following material it made me think of that old
western song that goes like this, "Dang me. Dang me. They ought to
take a rope and hang me. Hang me on the highest tree-------- or
words to that effect. It was a song about a person who would get his
paycheck and spend it all on alcoholic drink before bringing it
home to his wife and family.
I want you to know that I'm guilty of eating many of the things
that are listed in this information. Please see how many you
partake of yourself.

Subject: 5 Absolute Worse Foods You Can Eat
AWK!!! i LOVE ALL THESE AND EAT ALL OF THESE ...
By Dr. Joseph Mercola with Rachael Droege
There are no "bad" foods, right? Only food you should eat in
moderation? Well, not really. The following foods are so bad for your
body that I really can't see any reason to eat them. Not only do they
have zero nutritional value, but they also give your body a healthy
dose of toxins, which should make the idea of eating them really
hard to swallow.
Doughnuts
Doughnuts are fried, full of sugar and white flour and most all
varieties contain trans fat. (JW Please don't ask me what trans fat
is because I really don't know.) Store-bought doughnuts are made
up of about 35 percent to 40 percent trans fat. An average doughnut
will give you about 200 to 300 calories, mostly from sugar, and few
other nutrients. It's too bad that Americans view doughnuts as a
breakfast food as, nutritionally speaking, eating a doughnut is one
of the worst ways to start off your day. It will throw off your
blood sugar and won't stay with you so you'll be hungry again soon.
You are better off eating no breakfast at all, or better yet
grabbing a quick glass of Living Fuel. (JW I unfortunately love
to eat sugar glazed doughnuts or maybe a big bearclaw pastry from
Solvang, Calif.)
Soda
One can of soda has about 10 teaspoons of sugar, (JW I
personally doubt that. I bet you there are less than 8 teaspoons
of sugar in any can of Soda, but that is still pretty bad.), 150
calories, 30 to 55 mg of caffeine, and is loaded with artificial
food colors and sulphites. I can't think of any good reason to
ever have it. The diet varieties are also problematic as they are
filled with harmful artificial sweeteners like ASPARTAME. (JW I,
at least, have stopped drinking Diet Sodas.) Studies have linked
soda to osteoporosis, obesity, tooth decay and heart disease, yet
the average American drinks an estimated 56 gallons of soft drinks
each year. Plus, drinking all that sugar will likely suppress your
appetite for healthy foods, which pave the way for nutrient
deficiencies.
Soft drink consumption among children has almost doubled in the
Uni-ed States over the last decade, which is not surprising
considering that most school hallways are lined with soda-filled
vending machines. Schools often make marketing deals with leading
soft drink companies such as Co-a-Cola from which they receive
commissions--based on a percentage of sales at each school--and
sometimes a lump-sum payment, in exchange for their students'
health.
School vending machines can increase the consumption of sweetened
beverages by up to 50 or more cans of soda per student per year. If
you routinely drink soda--regular or diet--eliminating it from your
diet is one of the simplest and most profound health improvements
you can make.
French Fries (and Nearly All Commercially Fried Foods)
Potatoes are bad enough when consumed in their raw state, as
their simple sugars are rapidly converted to glucose that raises
insulin levels and can devastate your health. But when they are
cooked in trans fat at high temperatures, all sorts of interesting
and very unpleasant things occur.
Anything that is fried, even vegetables, has the issue of trans
fat and the potent ca-cer-causing substance acrylamide. Foods that
are fried in vegetable oils like canola, soybean, safflower, corn,
and other seed and nut oils are particularly problematic. These
polyunsaturated fats easily become rancid when exposed to oxygen
and produce large amounts of damaging free radicals in the body.
They are also very susceptible to heat-induced damage from cooking.
What is not commonly known is that these oils can actually cause
aging, clotting, inflammation, can-er and weight gain.
You can read the article "Secrets of the Edible Oil Industry"
for more information http://mercola.com/2001/aug/1/oil.htm . It
is theoretically possible to create a more "healthy" French fry if
you cook it in a healthy fat like virgin coconut oil. Due to its
high saturated fat content, coconut oil is extremely stable and is
not damaged by the high temperatures of cooking. This is why
coconut oil should be the only oil you use to cook with. (JW Some
people disagree with this and say Olive Oil is better to use.) I
am fond of telling patients that one French fry is worse for your
health than one cigarette, so you may want to consider this before
you order your next `Biggie' order.
Chips
Most commercial chips, and this includes corn chips, potato
chips, tortilla chips, you name it, are high in trans fat.
Fortunately, some companies have caught on to the recent media
blitz about the dangers of trans fat and have started to produce
chips without trans fat.
However, the high temperatures used to cook them will
potentially cause the formation of carcinogenic substances like
acrylamide, and this risk remains even if the trans fat is
removed.
Fried Non-Fish Seafood
This category represents the culmination of non-healthy aspects of
food. Fried shrimp, clams, oysters, lobsters, and so on have all the
issues of trans fat and acrylamide mentioned above, plus an added
risk of mercury. Seafood is loaded with toxic mercury and shellfish
like shrimp and lobsters can be contaminated with parasites and
resistant viruses that may not even be ki-led with high heat. These
creatures, considered scavenger animals, consume foods that may be
harmful for you. Eating these foods gives you a quadruple dose of
toxins--trans fat, acrylamide, mercury and possibly parasites or
viruses--with every bite.
If you have a taste for seafood, there's an easy solution. It's
best to avoid your local fish fry and try the only fish I now eat--
the delicious wild red Alaskan salmon that was proven through
independent lab testing to be free of harmful levels of mercury
and other contaminants.

(JW You might say to me, "John, you're always telling what we
shouldn't eat, so please tell us what we should eat? I have found
one thing that I enjoy eating lately. A person showed me how to fix
fresh Soybeans. All you do is go to your local market, in the
produce section and find the Soybeans that are wrapped in colored
plastic bags. They still have the shell or outside covering on
them. You take these beans and put them in slowly boiling water for
5 minutes. Take them out and let them cool off a while. Put about
20 of them in a plate. Take them out one at a time and shell them.
As you pop them out, catch them in your mouth, chew them a little
and swallow them. I put a little salt and pepper on the shells
before they are opened to give them a little more flavor. You might
try using sea salt with your food. It gives you a little more
minerals than the other type salt.)
Now I'll take off my doctor's coat before someone arrests me for
practicing medicine without a license.

Subject: Whatever Happened To William Cooper? Part 3. Feb. 5, 2004.
In parts one and two of this material it talked about what people
said about William Cooper. Now we'll go into the actual words
of this person at a convention.

THE MILTON WILLIAM COOPER SPEECH
Editor's note: What follows is a transcript of a 45-minute
lecture given by Milton William Cooper on November 17, 1989, at the
"Whole Life Expo" in Los Angeles, Calif. His speech was
transcribed word-for-word from a microcassette recording.
.............
"For those of you who don't know who I am, I was raised in a
military family. My family, my ancestors, since they came to
this country, have been gove-nment people. We have served in the
mi-itary, we have been patr-ots, we have fought in all the w-rs,
we care about this country and believe in the constitution of the
Uni-ed States. We know, as many people don't know, that the
Constitution of the U-ited States of America is the Un-ted States
of America! And that's why we've always been ready to do the
things needed to preserve and protect it.
"When I left home I went into the Air F-rce, the Str-tegic Air
Command. As a child I'd heard stories from my father and pilots,
other pilots, my father was a pilot, about Foo Fighters, UFOs,
strange craft that were not made on this Earth. And as a kid, you
hear that in passing, and it's neat, and you giggle about it,
and you go out and play 'Space Man,' and you forget it.
"When I was in the Air F-rce I met men who had participated in
alien crashed-craft recoveries. Now this intrigued me, it
interested me, but it was usually after quite a few bottles of
beer that these stories would come out, and sometimes the next
morning I couldn't remember what the heck the guy said.
"When I left the Air For-e I went into the Navy, and this is
where everything began to happen for me. I had originally
intended to just go from service to service and do something
that very few people have ever done before. I was a very
adventurous, very crazy ... young man, and I thought that
that would be a pretty exciting life. I volunteered for
submarines, and while on the submarine USS Tyr-ot, SS-416, on a
transit between the Portland/Seattle area and Pearl Harbor, which
was our home port; the Pearl Harbor sub base, as the port lookout
I saw a craft, saucer-shaped, the size of a Midway class carrier,
aircraft carrier, for those of you who don't know how big that
is; it's huge, come up out of the water approximately two and a
half nautical miles off the port bow, which is about 45 degrees
to the left of the pointy end of the submarine.
It tumbled slowly on its own axis, and went up into the
clouds. It appeared to be moving slowly to me at a distance of
two and a half nautical miles, but in reality it was moving pretty
fast because it came up out of the water, did a few tumbles, and
it was gone!
"I then reported it to the officer of the deck. I didn't
tell him what it was that I saw because my Daddy didn't raise no
fools and in case nobody else saw it I didn't want to be the
only looney on board the ship.
So I asked the officer of the deck to help me cover that area,
and he did, which is common for officers and lookouts to help
each other while on bridge watch because they all hang together
if something bad happens.
After a few seconds of watching, the same craft, or another
craft exactly like it, came down out of the clouds, tumbled
again on its own axis, and went into the water. Ensign B-ll,
who was the officer of the deck, was literally shocked! What
could I say? Seaman Dejer-limo, who was the starboard lookout,
had also witnessed this, and Ensign Ba-l called the captain to
the bridge who was followed by the chief quartermaster who
brought a 35MM camera, and we watched for between seven and 10
minutes the same craft, or different craft that looked exactly
alike, enter and leave the water. It was an incredible show. I
don't know if they knew we were there, or if they even cared,
but the craft did not glow, they were metal, they were machines
without a doubt, they were obviously intelligently guided, they
were huge, and having been in the Air Fo-ce and the Navy and
knowing what it takes, I knew without a doubt, and know it
today, that that machine was not made on the face of this earth
Because there's nothing that man can make, that can fly through
the air at a speed like that, tumble on its own axis, and enter
the water and effectively fly beneath the sea.
"If you've ever been aboard an airplane and then gone aboard a
submarine, I know there's probably some of you in this room who
have visited a submarine at one time or another, you can readily
see just without even any of the technicalities involved how
difficult such a thing would be to do.
Where would it be built, that size? It was absolutely incredible.
It changed my life because then all the stories that I'd heard all
my life I knew were true, and I began seeing the world in a
different light.
"It wasn't long after that I was trained by Naval security in
intelligence. I was sent to Vietnam. I was assigned as a patrol
boat captain, first in DaNang harbor, given a crew, given a
multi-million dollar patrol boat. My job was to gather intelligence
from the people who lived around the harbor and the fishermen who
transited the harbor, and maintain the safety and security of the
harbor and the shipping. After about five months I was sent up
North to the DMZ, to a place called Qua Vieaf [sp], on the
Tacan [sp] river. Our base camp was at the river mouth. We were
only three miles south of the North Vietnamese border and our job
was to patrol the Tacan river from the river mouth to Dang Ha
[sp], and then up the Quang Tree [sp] cutoff to Quang Tree city,
again to get to know the people on the bank, gather intelligence,
and to patrol every night and maintain the safety and security of
the river and the river traffic.
"It was while there that I discovered that there was a
tremendous amount of UFO and alien activity in Vietnam. It
was always reported in official messages as 'enemy helicopters.'
Now any of you who know anything about the Vietnam wa- know that
the North Vietnamese did not have any helicopters, especially
after our first couple of air raids into North Vietnam. Even if
they had they would not have been so foolish as to bring them
over the DMZ because that would have insured their demise.
Our troops were fired on occasionally by these 'enemy
helicopters,' enemy troops were fired on occasionally by these
'enemy helicopters,' and occasionally people would disappear.
And on one instance that I know for sure at least one entire
village disappeared one night because of alien activity. The
reason they used the term 'enemy helicopters' in messages and
dispatches was that in Vietnam you could be overrun at any time,
no matter where you where. They did not bring crypto encoding
equipment into Vietnam, I'm talking about the machinery. What
we did is we had crypto tables, and once we every 24 hours those
codes would be no good. So that's what we used. We also,
because of the inability to use crypto transmitting equipment,
had to devise code words such as 'enemy helicopters.'
"When I left Vietnam I was eventually attached to the
headquarters staff of the Comman-er in Chief of the Un-ted
States Pacific Fleet at Macalappa, [sp] Hawaii, which is a little
hill overlooking Pearl Harbor, it's a beautiful white building up
there, and I was specifically attached to the Inte-ligence Briefing
Team of the Comman-er in Chief of the U-ited States Pacific Fleet.
"It was during this tour of duty that, in the course of my
duties, documents were placed in my hands that were so unbelievable
and so incredible that it took me quite a while to adjust to the
fact that what I was seeing was real. Now for those of you who
don't understand how I could come to see this information, let me
give you a little short course in sec-rity clearance and the need
to know and how you get to see classified information if you're in
the mil-tary or in the gover-ment, it doesn't matter which, the
rules are the same.
"No. 1, you need a se-urity clearance, and you've got to have
clearance at the level that the information you want to see is
classified. In this instance it was classified 'Top Se-ret,
Magic, Restricted Information,' which I came to find out later
is the highest se-urity classification in the Nation. To get
that type of clearance, all you have to have is a Fed-ral Bureau
of Investigation background check, which takes about six months
and they send fed-ral agents to your home, to your old schools,
to all your teachers, to your friends, to everybody you put down
on your secu-ity clearance forms, to all your old addresses,
your neighbors, everybody that you've worked for, and it's
embarrassing because they don't tell them what they're checking
on. They just show them their identification and start asking
questions and that's when you find out who's your friend and who's
not, because a lot of people get scared and think, 'Bill just
robbed a bank and I'm not talking to him anymore.'
