Please do not "rely" on anyone, including me, other than Jesus Christ
and His Holy Spirit as per NT Bible. Anyway, why would you be so stuck on
authoritative and/or worldly titles? You will find a lot of Pastors and
Reverends who are humanists and at odds with the Jesus Christ of the NT
Bible. They are especially thick in Christian Educational institutions. So
beware!

ANYTHING the first humans did would have been "original".
As for "sin", getting knowledge by eating a fruit may have been
hard to believe, but it was definitely worth a try, and the alien
YHAH ELOHIM obviously was only threatening them with instant death.
Gaining knowledge would be considered a punishable "sin" only
by a being who would prefer to keep them in ignorance.
Even today, most preachers would prefer that you remain ignorant
because thinking can be hazardous to your faith. -- L.

Why not try "thinking" sometimes Libertine? "Eating the fruit of the
knowledge of good and evil" means tasting the results of malicious gossip,
meaning putting others down to elevate yourself a little.
