They never criticise slavery.

They never categorically state that slavery is wrong.

They do not condemn slavery because the Bible does not condemn slavery.

They say the Book of Leviticus proves that there's nothing wrong with

owning slaves.

They believe that slavery is permanent --- slavery is not something which

is here

today and gone tomorrow.

They point out that nowhere in the Old Testament Scriptures does it say

that slavery

should ever be abolished.

They cite Leviticus 25 :

".........People from the nations around the Israelites can become slaves

these will

become your property, you can will them over to your children as

property,

and you can make them slaves for life........."

They believe that the teachings of Leviticus on slavery are infallible.

They believe that slavery is beneficial to the economy because there's

no cheaper

labor than slaves.

They believe that if slavery is acceptable to God, then it automatically

follows that

slavery must be acceptable to a "Christian Nation".

WE are all slaves to one thing or the other.
What ever is our master is what makes us slaves.
The master could be almost anyone or anything.
