Hello,
For many religions, true. (such as the terrorists' religion) But be
careful not to throw out the baby with the bath water. You well know
that 'con' men exist in all professions.
For example, there are 'con' doctors. But does that stop you from
going to a doctor when you are in need of medical attention? No, just
like anything else, you have to examine the situation to see if you
are dealing with a 'con' or not.
So to cut to the chase, IF the Bible is true, and IF God really exists
and set a true religion in motion (Eph 4:5; Mt 24:14), then it would
show wisdom for humans to follow God's religion, would it not?

No. Wisdom is not about getting the right answer, it's about following
the right process.
For example, suppose I offer you the choice to open one of two doors.
Behind one is a million dollars, behind the other is a tiger who will
eat you. You don't have to open either door.
So, IF the million dollars is behind door one, would it show wisdom for
you to choose to open door one? Of course not. Wisdom is about *how*
you make decisions, not whether you get them right.
It's funny how religion makes people say such silly things with
apparent sincerity.

The answer is NEITHER is the Bible "true" nor is there any "God"
outside the millions of gods embedded in the minds of believers,
each imagining a "god" of his/her own mental creation. -- L.
