: On the contrary, I don't follow a book, I follow Christ.
Understand that when Diana BB, says she follows Christ, this is just a
smoke screen!
Diana BB does not believe in Jesus Christ from a scriptural point of
view! She does not believe in the Christos, the Lamb of God who gave
Himself as a sacrifice for our sin.
Diana BB says that she believes in the Messian, and the Messiah was not
Jesus! The Messiah is our example of what kind of life we are suppose
to live!
Diana BB says that the Messiah, was really Michael, who is one of the
God-like angels, who are called the sons of God! Since angels can not
die, Michael did not really die, he just pretended to die, so we would
understand how important we are to God! Now since Michael did not
really die, then there really was no resurrection, this was all just a
big act to show us what kind of life we should live!
Of course all this is Rubbish that Diana BB says she believes, but when
you throw out the scriptures, then you can believe anything you want,
and anything you believe is OK, because that is all that God expects of
you is that you believe something good about yourself and God! If you
do this then you are following Christ, which is what Diana BB thinks
that she is doing! So instead of believing in Paul's religion, Diana BB
believes in her own religion! Now I am sure this is going to fly with
God! Right!!!

Tim, you are absolutely correct.......how can we remove Paul from his own
religion...Christianity....all we can hope to do is seperate it from the
REAL message of Jesus.

You know, even Paul said follow Christ and not Paul! [I have quoted the
passage below.] You see, a lot of the problems we see today are about the
idea of 'Sola Scriptura', that is, that the Bible is held to be 'The Perfect
Word of God, without error as originally received'. In fact, the early
Church threw out such an idea hundreds of years ago!
The writings were inspired, but are not the dictated word of God. They are
more accurately 'The words about God'. The danger is to hold up Paul as
infallible, because his letters are in the Bible. Rather, we should
understand that Paul taught from his own understanding, and in the context
of his time, culture, andknowledge of the day. There is therefore no need
to tear Paul's letters out of your Bible - as long as you remember what Paul
himself said, that we are to follow Christ, not Paul, if the two seem in
conflict to us. Some years ago I remember asking my Priest about something,
but unfortunately I can't remember what it was, but what I do remember is
that I said, "Jesus seems to be saying this, and Paul seems to be saying
that". His answer surprised me somewhat: He said, "Well, would you follow
Paul, or Our Lord?"

1Corinthians1:
10Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye
all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that
ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.
11For it hath been declared unto me of you, my brethren, by them which are
of the house of Chloe, that there are contentions among you.
12Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of
Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ.
13Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the
name of Paul?
