No he is not, He went to Paradise as a reward for his faith and then
descended into his justified place in hell, for the sins he never repented
of and I KNOW this because I have seen others experience the exact same
thing. They are allotted a certain time in higher levels for their rewards
of whatever righteousness they have done, but then descend into lower
regions to justify their WHOLE lives of choices.

YOU who have NEVER been to Paradise and have NEVER been in the kingdom of
God in the spirit, just make stuff up and pretend it is true.

And for your information, often, the whole of heaven is referred to
Paradise, as in Paul's writing, but I have been to Paradise and it is one
level and it certainly is NOT in hell, nor were any souls relieved from
hell, after the crucifixion as the other posted made up in his own
imaginations as well as you do.

I guess YOU think it is alright to make things up that have NO Biblical
basis whatsoever and pretend it is true. NEVER HAPPENED. Paradise is a
temporary place that is heavenlike, it is one of the first levels, where
souls receive rewards and then descend to their just place in hell, like
where the thief went to reward him for his faith and then descended into
hell to justify the sins that he never repented of.
