Re: Scriptures from the Bible and what we see agree!
In the first 2 Chapters of Genesis it makes it plan that GOD make this a
physical world we are even told man became a living soul and GOD command
Adam not to eat off of that tree are he would die which is prove man is
a Physical living soul make in GOD`S image and after his likeness, In
the NT Yeshua Promise Eternal life to those that will believe in him and
repent of their sins and trust and obey GOD, In John 5: 28 & 29 Yeshua
makes it plan the dead are in their graves to the day that Yeshua shall
Resurrection them all back to life again, In Ecc..9:5 we are told the
dead know not anything.
And their are more scriptures to be found in the Bible that will prove
man is only a Physical living soul. This makes sense and is with in
human reason and is very logical that GOD make man a Physical living
soul that die in time.
He that can let him understand this!

lazeyman,
Here was my response to the poster, see if it makes sense to you:
"Just for the record, the Bible doesn't say it was an 'apple', only
that they ate some "fruit" that was growing on the forbidden tree. It
could have been a kumquat, etc.
Concerning overpopulation if Adam and Eve did not sin, notice God's
command to Adam concerning his descendants at Ge 1:28,
"And God blessed them; and God said to them, "Be fruitful and
multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of
the sea and over the birds of the sky, and over every living thing
that moves on the earth."" (NASB)
Notice here God said they were to "fill" the earth, not 'overflow' the
earth. Thus at some point, God would have halted anymore increase in
populations on the earth. (you don't stick 50 people in a car built
for 6, do you?)
The Bible does not address the question on what God does next when the
earth becomes 'full'. Some speculate that since the universe is a very
big place, perhaps humans will then start populating planets out
there. But since the Bible doesn't say, Christians will just leave it
into God's hands and trust He will take care of it. (De 32:4)
Sincerely, James
