Now you know, why Kindergarten and grade school teacher don't help kids
out of, or into their snow suits and boots anymore. Everybody, including
kids are urged to be paranoid about touching or getting touched these days.
When I grew up, the question deciding right from wrong touching was: Did the
child get hurt?

Furthermore, you don't "sexually touch" little girls and boys without
them considering you a weirdo, for without exception all kids hate being
"sexually touched" and will run away if such a nut-case screwball coming
near them.
That's far from "gaining control" as assumed above, but now those
instilling fear and paranoia are gaining control of everyone's mind, so not
even parents and others intimately involved with kids, like teachers,
coaches and doctors dare touch a child anymore in places "covered by their
swimsuit". Can you blame them?
