I'm looking for an unbiased book that discusses the historical
accuracies or inaccuracies of the Bible.
Any suggestions?

There is a good reference book that covers each Bible book and some
controversies on them, as well as source biblical documents that make
up the Bible etc. That should get you started. It is called:
"All Scripture Is Inspired of God and Beneficial."
