It's the truth that will convince both of us.
People can be turned away from the truth of the Bible
and convinced of error by Satan and demons and evil
men:
"And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into
an angel of light" (2 Corinthians 11:14).
"The Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter
times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed
to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils"
(1 Timothy 4:1).
"Preach the word; be instant in season, out of
season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all
longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come
when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after
their own lusts shall they heap to themselves
teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn
away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned
unto fables" (2 Timothy 4:2-4).
"I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled
Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be
corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For
if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we
have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit,
which ye have not received, or another gospel, which
ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him ...
-For such are false apostles, deceitful workers,
transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into
an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if
his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of
righteousness" (2 Corinthians 11:3-4,13-15).
"Brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I
preached unto you, which also ye have received, and
wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye
keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye
have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first
of all that which I also received, how that Christ
died for our sins according to the scriptures; And
that he was buried, and that he rose again the third
day according to the scriptures" (1 Corinthians
15:1-4).
"Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver
us from this present evil world, according to the
will of God and our Father: To whom be glory for ever
and ever. Amen.

I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that
called you into the grace of Christ unto another
gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that
trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.
But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any
other gospel unto you than that which we have
preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said
before, so say I now again, If any man preach any
other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let
him be accursed" (Galatians 1:4-9).

Jehovah ... is the Devil that has deceived the
whole world.
Rather, Satan is the Devil, and YHWH is opposed to
him:
"And the LORD [YHWH] said unto Satan, The LORD [YHWH]
rebuke thee, O Satan; even the LORD [YHWH] that hath
chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee" (Zechariah 3:2).
"That old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which
deceiveth the whole world" (Revelation 12:9).

He [Jesus] lives in our heart
"Christ may dwell in your hearts [kardia] by faith"
(Ephesians 3:17).
"Blessed are the pure in heart [kardia]: for they
shall see God" (Matthew 5:8).
Not all have faith, not all are pure in heart, and so
they should not be told to follow the "evil in your
hearts [kardia]" (Matthew 9:4).
"Satan filled thine heart [kardia]" (Acts 5:3).
"Their foolish heart [kardia] was darkened"
(Romans 1:21).
"Out of the heart [kardia] proceed evil thoughts,
murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false
witness, blasphemies" (Matthew 15:19).
"The lusts of their own hearts [kardia]" (Romans
1:24).
"Whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath
committed adultery with her already in his heart
[kardia]" (Matthew 5:28).
"An evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart
[kardia] bringeth forth that which is evil"
(Luke 6:45).
"An heart [kardia] they have exercised with covetous
practices; cursed children" (2 Peter 2:14).
"If ye have bitter envying and strife in your
hearts [kardia], glory not, and lie not against the
truth" (James 3:14).
"Thy heart [kardia] is not right in the sight of
God. Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and
pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart
[kardia] may be forgiven thee" (Acts 8:21-22).
"Purifying their hearts [kardia] by faith" (Acts
15:9).
"Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an
evil heart [kardia] of unbelief, in departing from
the living God" (Hebrews 3:12).
So we must never tell people to trust in their own
hearts, but must instead tell them to continually
submit their hearts to what the Bible, the Word of
God, teaches, for it is able to reveal to us the true
condition of our hearts:
"For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and
sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the
dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the
joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts
and intents of the heart [kardia]" (Hebrews 4:12).

Power not only corrupts, it also exhausts. It will
not last for long.
The power of YHWH/Jesus not only doesn't corrupt Him,
it is never exhausted. It will last forever:
"Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory,
for ever. Amen" (Matthew 6:13)
Jesus was quoting from the Old Testament:
"Thine, O LORD [YHWH], is the greatness, and the
power, and the glory, and the victory, and the
majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the
earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O LORD [YHWH],
and thou art exalted as head above all"
(1 Chronicles 29:11).
"Ah Lord GOD [YHWH]! behold, thou hast made the
heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched
out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee"
(Jeremiah 32:17).
"Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the
everlasting God, the LORD [YHWH], the Creator of the
ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary?"
(Isaiah 40:28).
"And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All
power is given unto me in heaven and in earth"
(Matthew 28:18).
"And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in
heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth
mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in
the clouds of heaven with power and great glory"
(Matthew 24:30).
"And every creature which is in heaven, and on the
earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the
sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying,
Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto
him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb
for ever and ever" (Revelation 5:13).
Amen.
