Yes I think you can safely say I totally reject an omnipotent god which

I think I could also reject a god stupid enough to think having his only son

I also reject a son-of-god do-gooder martyr which thinks being executed and

"Barbers don't exist"
A man went to a barber shop to have his hair cut and his beard trimmed.
As the barber began to work, they began to have a good conversation.
They talked about so many things and various subjects. When they
eventually touched on the subject of God, the barber said: "I don't
believe that God exists."
"Why do you say that?" asked the customer.
"Well, you just have to go out in the street to realize that God
doesn't exist. Tell me, if God exists, would there be so many sick
people? Would there be abandoned children? If God existed, there would
be neither suffering nor pain. I can't imagine a loving a God who would
allow all of these things."
The customer thought for a moment, but didn't respond because he didn't
want to start an argument. The barber finished his job and the customer
left the shop. Just after he left the barbershop, he saw a man in the
street with long, stringy, dirty hair and an untrimmed beard. He looked
dirty and unkempt.
The customer turned back and entered the barber shop again and he said
to the barber: "You know what? Barbers do not exist."
"How can you say that?" asked the surprised barber. "I am here, and I
am a barber. And I just worked on you!"
"No!" the customer exclaimed. "Barbers don't exist because if they did,
there would be no people with dirty long hair and untrimmed beards,
like that man outside."
"Ah, but barbers DO exist! What happens is, people do not come to me."
"Exactly!"- affirmed the customer. "That's the point! God, too, DOES
exist! What happens, is, people don't go to Him and do not look for
Him! That's why there's so much pain and suffering in the world."

The same argument would work just as well for the existence of pink
unicorns if you were to ascribe unto them the same attributes often
ascribed unto God. The problem with using the same argument for
supporting the existence of pink unicorns is that you would have a
very hard time finding anyone who would agree that pink unicorns have
the same attributes as the ones often ascribed unto God.

What a stupid idea. Most of the pain and suffering in the world happens to
animals, not humans. Are you saying that animals just need top come to god and
they'll be OK?
Idiotic.

Him! That's why there's so much pain and suffering in the world."
That seems rather inane in light of the suffering that some people endure
BECAUSE they look for god. I have a cousin whose family went with her to be
missionaries in the outback of South America. They were doing what they felt
the "Lord" had "called" them to do. They had nothing with which to boil or
purify water so finding themselves in need of this vital substance they took a
jug of raw water, placed their hands on the jug and prayed for god to bless and
purify the water, so that they might continue his work. The entire family
became violently ill as a result, including suffering through hepatitis
infections.
But wait! There's more!
A friend of our family had decided that he was going to uproot his four kids
and wife in order to "seek the Lord's calling" to be "missionaries" in
California. He gave up his very good paying long-time job as a CTA bus driver,
piled the kids, wife and dog into the family station wagon and off they went to
California to do the "Lord's work". On the way, their family dog died. Once
there only a few weeks, they called home to check their messages only to have
the phone picked up by a burglar. By the time they got home they had been
completely cleaned out. The two sons soon got into drugs and became quite
rebellious. The couple divorced and he abandoned her and the child-support
payments to go get work in Idaho.
To say that the pain and suffering in this world is the result of people simply
not seeking god is just plain silly, in light of these counter-examples, and in
the case of what you learn by watching animal documentaries, just plain
conceited. Animals suffer the most and their fates have nothing to do with
whether or not people seek god.

Avery good post.
Powerful evidence that no REAL gods exist except in the imaginations of
mentally blind.
A primary one is that there are thousands of different gods and god beliefs.
Any REAL god would surely make it abundantly clear, that he is the real god
and all the others are fakes. He would surely use his unlimited power to
expose and eliminate all the fakes.
This all powerful creator, all loving and caring intelligent designer, would
not create Plagues, Tsunamis, Tornadoes, Volcanic Eruptions, Earth Quakes,
Wars, Cancers and hundreds of debilitating diseases, serious body
malfunctions and starvation all of which punish people indiscriminately
regardless of their behavior or religious beliefs. If he did he would not be
an all loving all caring god but a brutal malevolent creature or nothing at
all. There are 12,000 known diseases that torture and kill man. The reality
is that no all loving and all powerful god would create or permit these
diseases to punish men of all religious persuasion and particularly totally
INNOCENT CHILDREN.
There is NO objective verifiable evidence that prayer to ANY god produces
any beneficial result.
There is a similar quantity of diseases that punish animals. Animals don't
sin. Why are they being punished??? Why were animals created to kill and eat
other animals?
Why is man born helpless and required to be nurtured, protected and trained
by adult parents for up to twenty years and then experience a punishing
physical and mental deterioration for approximately twenty years before
death? Is this evidence of a loving
caring god???
If God exists, either he can do nothing to stop the most
egregious calamities, or he just does not care. God, therefore, is either
impotent, evil or does not exist. The later is the most logical.
This is all so illogical and ridiculous that it has to be the mythical
creation of men.
Religion is things hoped for but not yet seen or proven. Science is things
seen and proven but not necessarily hoped for.
The objective evidence is that no gods created man but quite the opposite;
that man created imaginary gods! (thousands of them!)

son
tortured then executed could possibly save anybody.
I also reject a son-of-god do-gooder martyr which thinks being executed
and
rising from the dead after 3 days counts as a real sacrifice. If Jesus
wanted a real sacrifice he should have stayed dead and not risen up !
Come on you stupid fucking God moron: strike me down Cast me into that
lake of fire. I want eternal damnation. NOW.
Yeah we get the point...blah blah blah....yes and we're all so
"shocked" *yawn*....I just
sitting here quivering at your outrageous blasphemes....*YAWN*
Not really. But you do throw a good tantrum.
But is that why you're hear ? I just wonder why some people go to
sites simply to
be negative.
Probably to find jerks like you.

What? Are you saying the child chooses his fate?
Or are you really so dumb as to not even think about the responses your masters
have programmed into your head? Are you really so dense as to think that
deterring the child away from the pedophile is somehow impossible without
violating free will? If a human being can stop a rape in progress, without any
violation of human free will, surely the supposedly almighty Christian god can
do it.
It is amazing how little thought Christians actually apply to these issues.
They just puke up whatever worthless mindless pap their priests and pastors got
them to swallow.

No, you don't understand me at all.....is this silly interpretation of
what I wrote for real ?
I note in the past that atheist like playing these weird word games,
wildly exaggerating or rewording things
for twisted reason probably understood by themselves.
Christianity has occupied the best minds humanity has ever produced.
Your mind isn't one of these.
I'll attempt to clarify if you ask....however I do believe you'd
prefer to
continue on in ignorance.
