Hello everyone,
My name is Michael Conway. I am a 35 year old disabled American
veteran. I loathe making any such request for assistance, but my wife
has had to stop working to take care of my failing health. My wife
and I met September 11, 2000 (yes one year before the towers came
down), we were married 22 days later, and though the first year of our
marriage was filled with challenges that almost destroyed our
marriage, but the big hammer was a previously unknown heartvalve
defect that would almost kill me 2 days after our first anniversary.
Well as my health has barely stabalized, I still have more bad days
than good. Living on just my 600 dollars a month has proven
impossible, and the damage that my open heart surgery has done to our
credit has prevented from either of us finding a way to get a business
established that can be run from home so that my wife can assist me,
and still be home. I am hoping that I do not offend with my
equivelent of online panhandleing. But if someone whould be so kind
they could send a donation, anything will do... stamps (US) so that I
can mail my bills in, stuff I can sell on e-bay, cash, check, money
order, just please no perishables. Anything legal to be shipped by US
mail is fine. I appreciate any donation you feel is ok... even if it
is a few words of encouragement for my wife Audra, please don't try to
discourage her, she is working hard enough to look like the living
rock of gibraltar... (between myself, and our children). Anywho you
