Scientist dissects parting of Red Sea, finds perfect storm
A Russian scientist has announced that one of the Old Testament's most
monumental events — Moses' parting of the Red Sea — was
due to stormy weather and a shallow reef rather than divine
intervention.

Divine intervention is a slippery concept. Just because an event has
natural causes does not mean that there wasn't a dimension of divine
intervention in, for example, Moses and his people being there at the exact
fortuitous moment.

Paradoxically, most real events are highly improbable.

PUSS IN BOOTS or Aladdin and his MAGIC FLYING CARPET? ;-) -- L.

===>That "scientist" falsely assumes that Moses and that "parting" event
are
historically true. Once you make such an assumption, you will try to find
an explanation, some natural, some supernatural. -- L.
