Of coursem, since he's a good Christian, 55 days in jail is all he
needs.
Yep, that vaunted Christian morality

A man convicted of downloading child pornography will not spend any
additional time behind bars.
Terry Francis, 40, had spent 55 days in jail, prior to his sentencing
last week in Bedford County Circuit Court. That's all the active jail
time he will have, if he complies with the terms of a suspended
sentence he received. If not, he could face as much as 10 years behind
bars. The terms include five years of supervised probation and no
contact with anyone under 18 unless supervised by someone approved by
his probation officer. He is also barred from possessing or using a
computer and must register as a sex offender, as well as undergo
treatment.
....
Travis Witt, a Bedford pastor, is Francis' brother-in-law. He said
that he wrote the Operation Blue Ridge Thunder Safe Surfin' education
program. He was serving as a chaplain for the sheriff's office at that
time. He also made a power point presentation before Congress on child
porn on the Internet.
