FORT COLLINS – The mother of the alleged victim in the sexual assault
case involving a former priest testified on Wednesday.
The trial of Tim Evans, 44, started Monday. He's accused of sexually
molesting a 17-year-old boy twice back in 1999 when he was a priest at
St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church in Fort Collins.
