Human Life Begins at Conception, SD Legislature Says

(CNSNews.com) -The South Dakota House Thursday joined the state Senate
in passing a bill that says human life begins at conception -
something that would outlaw all abortions in South Dakota, except in
cases where the mother's health or life were endangered.
Pro-abortion groups called the bill "a direct assault on South
Dakotans' rights," and pro-life advocates see it as a way of directly
challenging the Supreme Court's 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling that legalized
abortion.
The bill's main sponsor, Republican state Rep. Matt McCaulley, called
it the "strongest, cleanest pro-life legislation" passed by a state
legislature since 1973.
He and other supporters say unborn babies deserve equal protection
under the 14th Amendment - and they say the state is within its rights
to expand the definition of "persons" to include unborn babies.
"If this is the case that goes to the Supreme Court to get them to
overturn Roe versus Wade, so be it," a wire report quoted McCaulley as
saying.
South Dakota's pro-life Republican Gov. Mike Rounds has not yet said
whether he would sign the bill. He has until March 12 to make up his
mind.
The bill makes it a crime to perform abortions. The penalties for
doing so include up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine --
unless a mother's life is in danger. The bill does not include
exceptions for rape or incest.
McCaulley estimated that about 800 abortions are performed every year
in South Dakota.
'Be very worried'
Every American who "values a woman's right to choose" should be
worried, said Kate Michelman, president of NARAL Pro-Choice America,
in a press release.
Michelman said the bill, if upheld by the courts, could endanger the
health of women; send doctors to prison for "doing what is in the best
medical interests of their patients"; and insert government into
personal decisions to the point where some widely-used forms of birth
control might be banned.
The anti-choice movement has not been shy about its two-pronged
strategy for overturning Roe v. Wade," Michelman said.
She described the strategy as passing bills like the one in South
Dakota, then forcing them into the court system and "hoping that
George Bush has the opportunity to put new justices on the Supreme
Court who will take the opportunity that these bills provide them to
take away reproductive freedom."
NARAL Pro-Choice America describes itself as the "leading national
advocate of personal privacy and a woman's right to choose."

As soon as a government approves the murder of the innocent it
becomes a state sanctioned murder and those that brought that law into
effect are all guilty as acessories to murder of those innocents.
Better off a government washes it's hands of the guilt of those that
wish to murder then participate in allowing that event to happen in
the first place.
If people want abortion then there is nothing in this world to stop
them from carrying out this murder but let the blood guilt remain
solely on those murders.

life began at conception, that was strucjk down for the rational reason that
NO legislature has any special knowledge when life begins - and, therefore,
has no right to make cockeyed claims like that.
All South Dakota is proving is that it is more stupid than Texas!

That's why you should turn to the bible which states:
Exodus 20:13 (NRSV)
13 You shall not murder
Humm!!
Obviously that statement wasn't clear enough for some because suddenly
they came to the conclusion that the developing human being was
somehow not human and they could do what ever they liked to it even
though that developing human being had its own UNIQUE DNA and
fulfilled the definition of what a life is.
Revelation 13:7-9 (NRSV)
7 Also it was allowed to make war on the saints and to conquer them.
It was given authority over every tribe and people and language and
nation, 8 and all the inhabitants of the earth will worship it,
everyone whose name has not been written from the foundation of the

"everyone whose name has not been written from the foundation of the
world" does that sound like each individual human life starts from
before he comes out or after? The whole process is human from
fertilized egg to the adult as it has been planned from the beginning.

Calling the generations "BEFORE" they even existed because God knew
them.

God knew Isaiah as he was forming in the womb, that's from the very

Cyrus like Jesus was predicted to come into the world before they were
even born. Whose life did you kill murder, you who kills the
developing human being?
Isaiah 65:19-20 (NLT)
I will rejoice in Jerusalem and delight in my people. And the sound of
weeping and crying will be heard no more.
20 " No longer will babies die when only a few days old. No longer
will adults die before they have lived a full life. No longer will
people be considered old at one hundred! Only sinners will die that
young!

A life can be cut short but when Christ rule's every human being will
live out their whole lives without the murders cutting it short.

Humm!!
People that mock others are under the delusion that somehow they are
better than others and yet they don't repent of the evil they do
because it is acceptable to their society. What is acceptable to God
is another matter!

Not only is the bible a meaningless book from a specific relgion - it has no
place in the laws of the Untied States!
Humm!!
