WELLINGTON, New Zealand (AP) -- A 44-year-old woman who needed an electric
oxygen pump to breathe died after an energy company cut the power to her
home because of a $122 unpaid bill, her family claimed Wednesday.
Police said they had launched an investigation into Folole Muliaga's death,
which happened within two hours of state-owned company Mercury Energy
cutting power to her house Tuesday.
Mercury Energy's general manager, James Moulder, said the company was
devastated by the woman's death and was conducting its own investigation to
determine what happened. (Watch as devastated husband and children tell

Muliaga, a schoolteacher with four children between the ages of 5 and 20,
had been off work since February with an illness and had fallen behind in
her payments to Mercury, said Brenden Sheehan, a relative who provided a
copy of the bill.
Relative says family warned company rep she needed machine
Six days before a Mercury Energy representative arrived Tuesday at the house
to disconnect the electricity, she was $122 in arrears.
Sheehan said both Muliaga and her son told the technician she was dependent
on the oxygen machine to stay alive and invited him into the house to see
it. "Then he cut the power off," Sheehan told The Associated Press.
Muliaga began having difficulty breathing, became faint and then collapsed,
he said. Paramedics were unable to revive her, and she was pronounced dead
within two hours of the power being cut.
Spokesman says Mercury Energy 'simply unaware' of situation
Moulder expressed his "deep condolences" to the family, and said the company
was checking reports that it had been warned Muliaga needed power for the
oxygen machine.
"We were simply unaware that loss of electricity to the household was
putting a vulnerable customer at risk," he said.
"More than one" disconnection notice had been sent to Muliaga's address over
a six- to seven-week period, he added.
State Owned Enterprises Minister Trevor Mallard said there were reports the
family had been warned about the overdue account.
"The correct authority to investigate this and sort out the facts is the
police," Mallard said, adding the government would expect "full
accountability" if the company was found to be culpable.

No actually in this case sin was the murder. Satan is still the
prince of this world and he is still causing sin, sickness and
diseases that kill people. Our sin separates us from our Loving
Father. It was the love of sin that kept God from helping this woman
and any more like her. It is our own sin that prevents us from living
a healthy life. Our sin opens us up to satanic attack which brings on
sickness, disease and finally death.
That is why Yeshua nailed himself on that cross so we may be forgiven
our sins. He received 49 lashed with a cat of nine tails. One lash
for every deadly sickness there is. For by His stripes we are healed.
God our Father being a loving God established a way for us to receive
healing and salvation through the Blood sacrifice of Yeshua the only
Begotten Son of the Father. Yeshua said, "I am the way the truth and
the life. No man comes unto the Father but by me." There is no other
way. Our God is the same yesterday, today and forever. He healed
people 2,000 years ago, he heals people today, not only that but he
will continue healing people right up to the Day of Judgment.
Instead of blaming God you really should be down on your knees asking
God to forgive you and ask Him for your healing along with the baptism
of the Holy Spirit.

First of all I would truly from the bottom of my heart like to thank
you for such a wonderful complement. Now down to brass tacks as it
were Satan introduced sin into the world to destroy all mankind. He
knew that if he could get man to sin against God that God would have
to destroy the man. God had no other choice. Thus the Adam and Eve
story. If you haven't read it I would strongly suggest you do so if
not for any other reason other than to get a good laugh.
Our sin separates us from our loving Father and it is our love of our
sin that causes us to suffer so. If there were any other way God
would have prevented this thing and kept them from happening. But
there isn't. God Loves us so much that he through all of his power
and great wisdom made a way so that we would never have to suffer such
tragedies not ever.
It is through the Blood Sacrifice of His only begotten Son Yeshua that
God has made a way. When Yeshua endured 49 lashes with the cat of 9
tails he took one lash for every sickness there is. Now that many not
seem like much to you but let me tell you what that means.
The cat of 9 tails had woven into it bits of shared metal, broken
glass and broken bone then at the very end of each woven strand was a
small steel ball. When the Roman soldier pulled back the whip he
would let it rest on the ground for a few minutes to insure that the
leather soaked up all of the urine, bowl and blood it could. Then
with a side arm pitching type motion he would bring the whip around
towards his victim just before the whip were to make contact with the
victimc skin the Roman soldier would whip his wrist to give it a
little more force upon striking the victim's boby.
As the cat of 9 tails wrapped around the victim's body the small steel
balls would brush the victim as the bits of shared metal, broken glass
and bone dug deep into their flesh.
Once the cat of 9 tails was securely fastened to the victim's body the
Roman soldier would twist it just before he would yank it away from
his victim thus causing the cat to take a larger bite out of the
victim. They repeated this 49 times 50 lashes with the cat was
certain death for the victim. Most people lasted as few as 20 to 25
lashes before they would go into shock and die. Then the Romans placed
a robe over his bleeding body and hammered a crown of thorns into his
skull. Then once the blood had started to dry they would rip it off
of him as the mocked him causing his wounds to reopen and start
bleeding again.
Then after they had finished playing with him they took the cross
member of the cross and forced him to carry it from the center of
Jerusalem to Golgotha or the place of the skull where they nailed him
to that cross. Now when they nailed him to the cross member of the
cross they put the nails through his wrists not his hands as taught by
many religions. That way the nails would hold his entire body weight
and every time he moved they would send sharp unimaginable amounts of
pain rushing through his entire body. Then they nailed the cross
member to the up[right pole of the cross. That means that several of
the Romans grabbed a hold of the cross member and drug the Lord over
to where the upright member was waiting so they could nail it
together. Then they nailed his feet to the cross before lifting it up
and setting it into the hole where it dropped with a loud thud and
jerk his entire body as the cross hit the bottom of the hole.
Hour after hour there he hung in unimaginable pain. Hour after hour
there he hung until 3 in the afternoon when he gave up and he died.
Now he suffered all of that because He loves you so very much and he
did not want you to suffer the final death.

CNN) -- A Kansas man appeared before a judge Thursday on charges he abducted
a teenager from an Overland Park, Kansas, store parking lot and killed her.
Edwin Roy Hall, 26, of Olathe, Kansas, appeared via closed-circuit
television from the New Century Adult Detention Facility in Gardner, Kansas.
Court records posted online indicate he told the judge he had not yet hired
an attorney but plans to do so.
Hall is charged with first-degree murder and aggravated kidnapping in the
death of Kelsey Smith, 18.
Smith, a recent high school graduate, had been missing since Saturday
evening, when she went shopping at a Target store for a gift for her
boyfriend.
During the search for the teen, police released a pair of videos. The first
showed Smith leaving a store at about the same time as a man with a goatee.
The second, which is of poor quality, shows a woman police believe to be
Smith being forced into a car by a man. (Watch the struggle in the parking
lot )
Smith's body was found Wednesday afternoon near a lake in a park across the
state line in Missouri. Police have not said how she died. (Map)
Hall, from Olathe, Kansas, would face 25 years to life in prison if
convicted of the murder charge and at least 12 years on the aggravated
kidnapping charge, District Attorney Phill Kline said at a news conference
late Wednesday.
"The community has lost a vibrant and promising life, and the family has
suffered an unimaginable tragedy," Kline said, hours after police located
the teen's body.
Positive identification is pending, but police are almost certain it is
Kelsey Smith. (Watch police describe the next steps in the investigation )
"I realize this is not the preferred conclusion," Overland Park Police Chief
John Douglass said. "While we cannot give (the Smith family) their daughter
back, we can at least give them justice."
The police chief said Hall's arrest "was the result of an intense
investigation over the last four days."
Hall was considered a "person of interest" after one of the more than 500
tips given to authorities detailed an individual matching the description of
a man caught by surveillance cameras in the department store parking lot.
"When we saw the videotape he came right behind her from the parking lot and
it appeared he followed her there," Douglass said of Smith's apparent
abduction.
Another videotape released by police earlier in the week shows Smith
entering and leaving the store. Other footage shows a young man with a
goatee leaving the store shortly after she exited.
Later, a woman who appears to be Smith can be seen putting packages into her
car when someone runs toward her and shoves her in the car. The car then
pulls away.
"The person we believe who was the person of interest leaving the Target
store was Hall," Douglass said. "We have located the truck we believe
matched the description."
Police interviewed Hall, along with "numerous individuals," on Wednesday,
deciding afterwards to arrest him, Douglass said.
At the end of the news conference Smith's parents, Missy and Greg Smith,
stood to make a short statement together.
While holding his wife's hand, Greg Smith thanked everyone involved in the
search, concluding "we are very pleased an arrest has been made in this
case. Thank you very much."

You militant atheists pretty much all work from the same script.
Although viewing yourselves as "free thinkers", you all have a Party Line
you follow rather closely.
It isn't difficult to anticipate your arguments on any
given point. Most intelligent religious individuals almost always can
correctly predict what
you'll say next.Interestingly, militant atheists get much of their beliefs
about "Christianity" from liberal Christians.
They'll pejoratively label all Christians as "Fundies",
then presumptively attack liberal theological concepts
they suppose us "Fundies" subscribe to !
Nearly all militant atheists are followers of the
religion of Scientism. Their priests wear white lab
coats. Their sacramental objects are the microscope,
the telescope, and the test tube. Blasphemy is to
deny the ultimate authority of science.
But the militant atheists -the ones who have devoted
their lives to refuting Christianity- are almost like the
demons ...who believe more firmly in God's existence
than do Christians !
It can unequivocally be stated that militant atheists are some
of the people who most solidly believe in God !
Ain't talking 'practical atheists' here ...those who don't
even think much about atheism. They're the true
atheists.
Professional atheists who've dedicated themselves
to eradicating the Lord do so because they hate Him.
They're the God-haters.
To which they'll invariably reply: 'How can we hate

innate knowledge of suppressed in their hearts.

your life that you

work against the Lord by belief in Him !

Now I am going to show you exactly what all he has saved you from.
There is a place where it is extremely hot and very dry. No not with
fire and brimstone as preached by some but hot and dry just the same.
There are these creatures there that torment people 24 - 7 without
letting up for even a minute. They look a lot like a big nasty spider
gnawing at the people's flesh screaming and hollering in their ears
all sorts of obscenities and saying over and over again,
"Salvation was yours. Salvation was yours.
You did not have to come here. You did not have to come here.
Salvation was all yours. Salvation was all yours.
Salvation has a name. Salvation has a name.
Yeshua is the name of your salvation. Yeshua is the name of your
salvation."
Over and over never ending they chant the same thing as they laugh and
bite the people they are tormenting. Every where people are crying
out in pain, in pure agony, as the bash their teeth in with what ever
rock they are able to put their hands on. Then they cut themselves
hoping to appease their tormentors and get even a second's relief but
the torment continues.
Off in the distance they can see the Lake of Fire. Oh if only they
could be tossed into the Lake of Fire so their torment would stop only
it is not going to happen at least not yet.
So you think God is uncaring and heartless. Well if that were true He
would never have placed himself up on that cross knowing all to well
in advance what it was going to be like just for you. Just so you
would not have to suffer the pure unadulterated torments of Hell.
Hell was never created for man and no man has any business being
there. None Period. It is our lust for sin that puts us there and it
is our love of sin that causes us to suffer here in this life.
Therefore REPENT now before it is too late and ask God to forgive you
all of your sins that you maybe spared the torment that is to come if
you refuse.
