NICHOLASVILLE, Kentucky (AP) -- Violent storms blew through central Kentucky
overnight, splintering buildings and slamming a tree onto an SUV hard enough
to kill its driver.
Three people had to be rescued from a video store, and power lines were down
in several counties, officials said.
The tree apparently hit the SUV in a quick burst of wind Thursday as a man
was driving in central Kentucky's Jessamine County, Sheriff's Capt. Kevin
Corman said. The impact forced the bottom of the SUV's frame onto the road,
scarring the surface, Corman said.
About 60 miles to the southwest, in Campbellsville, the power was out early
Friday after 80 mph wind whipped through town. A video rental shop was
wrecked by the storm, and three people were briefly trapped inside, Taylor
County 911 supervisor Ann Sanders said.
All were taken to a hospital, along with two people who had been in the
drive-through lane of an adjacent Arby's restaurant. None of the injuries
was considered life-threatening, said Bill Edwards, director of Taylor
Regional Hospital's Emergency Department.
Hail was also reported in north-central Kentucky, and trees and power lines
were reported down around the state's eastern section, the National Weather
Service said.

Everybody has a time to be born and a time to die. When it is your
time to die nothing on this earth can stop it. The life we have
betweewn birth and death is a GIFT from God. You choose to make that
time good or evil. We did not create ourselves or this universe or
anything we know of. Doubters should look up on the inter net
....creationism. Please check it out. In the meantime try to enjoy the
time you have now. One never knows when our final moment cometh.

I feel sorry for you because your rage is eating your heart out. Been
there done that it was not fun! As for the creation thing, any person
who wants the TRUTH, will examine all available evidence wether he
agrees with it or not because an intelligent person understands that
the truth may not be what we WANT it to be. Cowards and fools and the
simple minded can not handle this truth nor would they be interested in
it. Are you a fool or will you do the research? Call back in a week. I
have other things to do right now. God gives me a full rich life, a
loving family and 5 ferrets( little laugh machines). We are all going
out right now to enjoy the good life that God has been given us.

the ark, must have been one stinking ship, what did noah do with all of the

how did noah exercise the elephants and the lions, and how did he keep the
lions and their prey far apart?
the garden of eden, the all-powerful gd evidently had no problem at all
keeping his arch enemy (the devil, aka talking snake)
in his percious garden, but yet he throws out his creations (adam and eve)
simply because they committed the ultimate crime and ate some fruit from a
fucking tree.
why didn't this all-powerful jackass god just throw the talking snake (aka
devil) out of the garden in the first place and solve the issue from the get
go?
