A book of parables and mythology written by men for men and a colection
of short stories colected from around the known world of it's time and
translated from many languages by a group of men who were called
(SCRIBES) in there time and who are called (JEWISH LAWYERS in our time.
Is it any wonder that these Jewish lawyers self anointed the Jewish
people as God's chosen people???

That is one explanation. Another one is that the Bible is what is
claims. 2 Ti 3:16,
"All scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching, for
refutation, for correction, and for training in righteousness." (NAB)
For many, the latter is correct.
If the former is true, then nothing is lost by not believing in the
Bible. If the latter is true, then it can mean living forever. So it
is up to each individual to decide which way to go.

That is one explanation. Another one is that the Bible is what is

That statement was made by an unknown author pretending to be Paul,
and he makes that statement about some unspecified, unidentified
"writings" (GRAPHE in the Greek original),
That author could not have meant your "Bible", since that did not even
exist at the time he penned those words.
