The Homosexual Agenda
Where should homosexuals be heading as their agenda?
First and foremost in their agenda should be to seek equality.
Not only in marriage, but in life itself.
What are the defining characteristics that this equality
should meet? That like with the blacks in their struggle,
there should be benchmarks and clear goals set forth,
toward total equality.
The defining characteristics and benchmarks that this
equality should meet are:
Equal access to marriage.
Equal protection of the law in all categories.
Gradual and continuous acceptance of the pair bonding
rituals of a same sex relationship, in total.
By what methodologies and steps should homosexuals take
to seek this equality?
Obviously winning court cases is the clearest path toward
winning equal protection of the law in all categories.
By what methodologies? The clearest court cases to bring
against DOMA and DOMA like laws, is the injustice these
laws cause to intersexual children and adults. No one can
claim behavior is the root of their discrimination. Nor
can one argue that they seek equality merely for
sexual gratification. Intersexuals are clearly born that
way, and no one needs to get into the questions of
genetics or choice, because it is clearly a birth issue.
The question then is, who does a hermaphrodite, or other
intersexuals, legally marry if the only legal marriage is
one between a man and a woman? The issue of the Bible
is also nulled by this methodology because a claim of
a sin of homosexuality never can arise because they are
clearly born that way and God does not himself produce sin.
A major stepping block to the equality of homosexuality is
in fact the mythical sin of homosexuality, and mistranslation
of some narrowly defined verses taken out of context, or
made to define homosexual acts or deeds that the original
writers, nor God, originally proscribed or intended.
By what method can this be overcome? Best of all on this
one is the truth. The fact is there was no words for nor
a concept of homosexuality at the time the Bible was
written. Therefore it is a physical impossibility that
the Bible says one word about homosexuality or mentions
an act of homosexuality. See J. Katz, The Invention of
Heterosexuality (1995).
Homosexuals have become too complacent in not challenging
any and all inequality. Every time a news article comes
out where a preacher or person says that there is a sin
of homosexuality, or that marriage has always been between
a man and a woman, without a disclaimer that it is impossible
for there to be a sin of homosexuality, because they had
no words for nor a concept of homosexuality at the time
the bible was written, nor has marriage only been between
a man and a woman; then they should be barraged with letters
and emails condemning them for their lies by omission. The
only way blacks got the use of the "N" word stopped, was to
challenged its use at every opportunity.
So to should every law, or ruling that brings disparity
in equality toward homosexuality. It is time homosexuals
and human rights activists stop being dandy about mythical
sins of homosexuality, and laws that bring inequality to
homosexuals and by collateral damage intersexual children.
Any segregation brings damage to both parties, both those
being segregated and those doing the segregation. Therefore
this cannot be allowed in a civilized society. 97 percent
believed that blacks should not be allowed to marry whites,
and now, with concerted effort, blacks marrying whites has
become routine. So to should same sex marriages with
concerted, sustained, and unrelenting targeted effort.
Blacks did not reach equality by waiting for it to go away.
Every person that wants to get married should go to their
license bureau and ask for a license, if denied, take it
to court. Fill the court rooms with law suits, make the
city and state literally pay for their bigotry. No one
needs to wait for someone else to do it, everyone should
do it, until the US Supreme Court finally accepts a case
to null this discrimination once and for all. Blacks did
not get the right to marry whites by waiting for the next
guy to do it for them. It only took two people to do it.
For every action there needs to be an equal and opposite
reaction. They pass laws saying same sex cannot marry,
use the law to pack the courts with suits against this
law, the news media lies by omission of a sin of
homosexuality, pack their email boxes and mail rooms with
complaints and do not buy their advertised products or
papers, the Pope lies of a sin of homosexuality, fight
their tax exempt status at every opportunity, as schools,
day care, and even their churches. Make the Pope out to
be just the bigot that he is, and his discrimination
must not be given tax exemption.
Sex is used for power and control, just as race was for
blacks. The Pope and conservatives use sex as a means
of power and control. They do not want abortions, relieve
the man of his responsibility to control his ejaculate
material, and place the blame on the wanton woman for
opening their legs. They do not like homosexuals, place
an imaginary sin of homosexuality upon homosexuals and
the homosexual acts. They want a special right of marriage,
they restrict marriage on homosexuals and intersexuals
the same as they did in the power and control of blacks.
They will not allow homosexuals to marry, then charge them
with the mythical sin of fornication. The Bible is an
integral part of their homosexual agenda of hate in their
use of sex as a means of power and control. Therefore
the Bible itself must be challenged.
Again the truth is the answer, because they had no
words for nor a concept of homosexuality, so there can
be no sin of homosexuality. A wife can be put away for
fornication, therefore fornication cannot be sex out
of wedlock (Mat 5:32), and is in fact any sexual worship
of false gods. The Bible says a fetus is merely
property, therefore abortion is not killing a child.

Always used is Lev 18:22, and always forgotten is the
context of the verse, the verse before, telling to not
give seed (semen and children) to Baal-Molech. Men had
sex with Chemarim priests to give seed (semen) to the
fertility god Baal-Molech. The confusion in Lev 18:22
is that they did not honor the priest with a title
other than man. Therefore to the modern mind, with a
concept of homosexuality, this looks to the conservative
mind as a sin of homosexuality, when in fact it is
a proscription against idolatry. Breaking these myths
takes their power and control away.
The goal is deregulation of homosexuality in all forms,
and to take the power and control away from the
opposition through the use of sex. To normalize same sex
marriage the same as it was for blacks marrying whites.
This is not an issue of sexual orientation, a gay can
marry a lesbian, therefore sexual orientation has no role
in this ban on marriage. The ban is placed upon a physical
characteristic the very same as the ban on marriage for
the color of the skin was between blacks and whites.
The ban is upon the sexual organs one is born with.
One with a penis can marry one with a vagina, but one
with a vagina cannot marry one with a vagina, regardless
their sexual orientation. This is a clear violation of
of the 14th Amendment's equal protection and due process
of the law clauses. Due process of the law because
marriage and procreation are fundamental rights.

The Marriage Ban Amendment seeks to null the 9th and
14th Amendments that now demand same sex marriage. These
are of course the civil rights protection Amendments.
The same sex family is under attack as well, rights to
adoption are being taken away. Procreation is a
fundamental right as well as marriage, therefore to
deny the same rights to a couple just because of the
dislike of the choice one makes, is a clear violation
of the fundamental right of procreation. If a man
has the right to marry a woman, then that woman must have
the very same right as that man to marry a woman, or
her equal protection and due process of the law has been
violated. If an opposite sex couple has the right to
try to procreate by any means as, adoption, surrogate
mothering, artificial insemination, ect. then the same
sex couple must have the very same right, or their equal
protection and due process of the law has been violated.
These fundamental rights lay within the individual.
Unlike the struggle with the equality of the blacks,
the same sex couple does not have a Kennedy in the White
House ordering the federal government to help the blacks
step through the door to equality. The same sex couple
has everyone and every thing against them. The opposition's
power and control is derived through mistranslation and
lies about the Bible, and through sex. Their delivery
of this opposition is through the power of the law.
The fact that this is the force of law, makes this
discrimination even more egregious in the harm to
intersexual children, as was pointed out in Brown v Board
of Education. Like the struggle for the blacks the struggle
for the same sex couple is on multiple fronts, the battle
must be fought in all these areas, legal, political,
religious, and social. One cannot bus a homosexual to
school to solve this problem, but education is the weapon
of choice in this battle.
One must win the hearts and minds of the leadership as,
the News Media, the movie industry, TV, and key legislators.
The movie industry and TV are pretty much so on board,
but their educative role can be expanded, especially on the
front of education about the mythical sin of homosexuality.
Which is never brought up, along with the mythical one
man one woman marriage, which never existed until very
recent times. Same sex marriages were performed by the
Church, which the Pope seem oblivious to.
Conclusion: To win equality in marriage and life itself,
homosexuals, intersexuals and human rights activist need
to fight the battle on the mythical sin of homosexuality,
the mythical one man one woman marriage, the power and
control of sex, and legislation. It is time to yell, I
am mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore!
It is time to pack the courts with law suits against any
and all opposition to equal rights. Make them pay for
their bigotry literally, even if you don't win it still
costs them, if in nothing else, time and frustration.
Thus behavior modification will be achieved. Blacks got
the use of the "N" word stopped through behavior
modification on all fronts, and therefore the
discrimination itself had no more roots, and died,
legally and socially. To which must be the goal of
same sex couples. To destroy all roots of this
discrimination, thus equality is obtained.
