Let me see if I get this right, if "a" certifies "b" how do we know
that "a" is telling the truth. If "a" is getting paid by "b" is "a" a
reliable witness. If "b" is not telling the truth, then "a" is not
telling the truth. Is that how this math stuff works?
I'd rather see a group whose merit is based on customer satisfaction
rather than peer certification.
