Object: The Prophet Foretold
Hi,
Many today look for a future Kingdom on Earth.
Let's look at what the Bible says about what was,
what was to come and what now is.
The Great Prophet, Jesus Christ, was foretold by Moses,
when Moses said...
“The LORD your God will raise up for you a Prophet
like me from your midst, from your brethren. Him
you shall hear" - Deuteronomy 18:15
Now what is it that Moses did, that they should have
looked for? The most important thing that Moses
did, was not miracles. It was not the parting of the
Red Sea, but rather, the reason he parted the Red Sea.
And what was that reason? To lead God's people to
the Promised Land.
Moses lead people to the Promised Land and so,
when the "Prophet like him" came along, what
should we be looking for in that Prophet?
That He would lead the people to the Promised Land.
Think about it, if He was supposed to be like Moses,
wouldn't he have failed, if He did not lead the people
to the Promised Land?
And if Moses already lead the people to the physical
Promised Land, wouldn't Jesus have to be here to
lead people to the spiritual Promised Land?
So must Jesus lead people to the Promised Land.
And it must be the spiritual Promised Land. He
must be "like Moses". After all, why would God
pick out Moses to make the comparison? Moses
did two things...
1) Gave them the Law.
2) Lead them to the Promised Land.
So must Jesus fulfill the Law and fulfill the building
of the spiritual Promised Land.
We know He fulfilled the Law.
"But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice
for sins forever, sat down on the right hand of
God" - Hebrews 10:12
Thus giving us spiritual entrance to God, by
passing into the Heavens, as our High Priest.
Hebrews 4:14-16
14) Seeing then that we have a great high priest,
that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of
God, let us hold fast our profession.
15) For we have not a high priest which cannot
be touched with the feeling of our infirmities;
but was in all points tempted like as we are,
yet without sin.
16) Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne
of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find
grace to help in time of need.
So let us examine the Scripture and see what
it says about His fulfilling the building of the
spiritual Promised Land, knowing that Moses
did indeed lead people to the physical Promised
Land. And Jesus did indeed lead us to the
spiritual Promised Land.
That is my point. That just as Christ fulfilled
the Law spiritually by being seated in Heaven
(His death would not have made any difference
if He did not rise and ascend to His throne),
so must He fulfill the Promised Land spiritually.
Hebrews is the key to the whole Bible! And when
we read and study Leviticus and then Hebrews,
we see this! The Old was the physical and the
New is the spiritual! Read them slowly and carefully.
You will be amazed at what Jesus fulfilled and how
He fulfilled it spiritually!
Hebrews tells us that what Moses did, was merely
a foreshadowing of what Christ would do and that
the fathers knew it.
Please, take your time and read this carefully,
paying attention to EVERY WORD and you
will be blessed! :)
Hebrews 11:8-10,13-16
8) By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called
to go out to the place which he would receive as
an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing
where he was going.
9) By faith he dwelt in the land of promise as in
a foreign country, dwelling in tents with Isaac
and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise;
10) for he waited for the city which has foundations,
whose builder and maker is God.
13) These all died in faith, not having received the
promises, but having seen them afar off were assured
of them, embraced them and confessed that they were
strangers and pilgrims on the earth.
14) For those who say such things declare plainly that
they seek a homeland.
15) And truly if they had called to mind that country
from which they had come out, they would have had
opportunity to return.
16) But now they desire a better, that is, a heavenly
country. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called
their God, for He has prepared a city for them.
Note that here we see that Abraham dwelt in
the Promised Land, as in a foreign country.
He rather looked for the spiritual city, who's
builder and maker is God.
And they all died, not having received the Promises.
How could that be, if they were standing in the
Promised Land?
Obviously, this means that the Promised Land
is not to be found on Earth. It says clearly that
if that was what was in mind, that they would
not have still looked for the Promise to be kept.
It says that they looked for a Heavenly Country
and that God had prepared a City for them.
Read it again, if you need to. What are you doing,
that you can't read it twice? Are you in a rush? :)
Read it again and be blessed again, by what you
missed the first time, amen? :)
Folks today believe that a New Jerusalem will
come down and be on Earth. But this Scripture
teaches us that they looked for a different fatherland
and it was a city that was in Heaven.
See the following link, for more on the New Jerusalem
and what it actually is...

When we read the following passage, we see that
Heaven is where we are promised eternity...
"But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city
of the living God, the Heavenly Jerusalem, to an
innumerable company of angels" - Hebrews 12:22
And when we look at where Jesus said we would be,
we see that He did not speak of a temporary stay.
He didn't say that He went to prepare "hotel rooms"
for us, but rather, a place where we would dwell with
Him. He told us not to be afraid, because we would
be with Him, where He *IS* and He spoke of after
His *ASCENSION*.
John 14:1-3
1) Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God,
believe also in Me.
2) In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were
not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place
for you.
3) And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come
again and receive you to Myself; that where I am,
there you may be also.
Jesus told us that even while on Earth, we could
partake of His Kingdom and that it was not going
to be an earthly kingdom.
Luke 17:20-21
20) Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when
the kingdom of God would come, He answered them
and said, “The kingdom of God does not come with
observation;
21) nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’
For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.".
So consider the Promise of a spiritual Kingdom.
Christ was enthroned and received dominion
over the nations, when He ascended. He is not
waiting for His Kingdom!
Daniel 7:13-14
13) I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like
the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven,
and came *_TO_* the Ancient of Days, and they
brought him near before him.
14) And there was given him dominion, and
glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations,
and languages, should serve him: his dominion
is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass
away, and his kingdom that which shall not be
destroyed.
Note: TO the Ancient of Days (Father). This is talking
about when He ascended, not when He descends.
Note: He was given dominion at that point.
Note: IS an everlasting dominion. That's
present tense to His ascension.
Note: Dominion over THE NATIONS, AT
HIS ASCENSION!
Jesus kept His Promise! This is why they stoned
Stephen. Because He was saying that Christ had
accomplished it and that He had received His throne,
at the right hand of God!
"When they heard these things, they were cut to
the heart, and they gnashed on him with their teeth.
But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up
steadfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God,
and Jesus standing on the right hand of God, and
said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son
of man standing on the right hand of God. Then they
cried out with a loud voice, and stopped their ears,
and ran upon him with one accord, and cast him out
of the city, and stoned him" - Acts 7:54-58a
And Jesus did lead us to the Promised Land and freed
the captives that awaited its fulfillment!
"For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just
for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being
put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:
By which also he went and preached unto the spirits
in prison" - 1 Peter 3:18-19a
Moses lead them to the physical Promised Land.
Jesus lead them to the physical Promised Land.
Note: Not "will lead", but "did lead".
We do not, as the fathers did, await the fulfillment.
Rather, we do, as the writers of Hebrews said,
enjoy the fulfillment! Praise God!
--
"Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass,
till all these things be fulfilled." - Matthew 24:34
The Last Days were in the first century:
1 Corinthians 1:7-8
7) So that YE come behind in no gift; waiting
for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ:
8) Who shall also confirm YOU unto the end,
that YE may be blameless in the day of our
Lord Jesus Christ.

Now as I read the above this is what I read it as saying:

Here is where you are "gotten" Cleo. You think you can come to conclusions
about Torah...big mistake.
As you read it is irrelevant. As you read it is dependant upon the level
you have invested to reach. You only invest in that material which suits
your social club, period.
You are reading this all wrong and out of context. It is about the "future
tellers" God is teaching, Bitochon, believe me, even though your present is
very, very difficult, it is part of the whole.
You are all so disrespectful of God and Torah that I can't believe you don't
realize it.
You can take bits of Torah out of context and apply them to "Jim Jonesian"
mentality all you want, you are culpable for "not knowing." You should be
ashamed of yourselves, because anyone you convince to follow your derelect
path, you are culpable for.... This is irresponsibility of the worst kind.
You all need to learn the original language, instead of being lead like
little children over the cliff of wasted and corrupt life.

Hi,

Many today look for a future Kingdom on Earth.

Let's look at what the Bible says about what was,
what was to come and what now is.

The Great Prophet, Jesus Christ, was foretold by Moses,
when Moses said...

"The LORD your God will raise up for you a Prophet
like me from your midst, from your brethren. Him
you shall hear" - Deuteronomy 18:15

Now what is it that Moses did, that they should have
looked for? The most important thing that Moses
did, was not miracles. It was not the parting of the
Red Sea, but rather, the reason he parted the Red Sea.
And what was that reason? To lead God's people to
the Promised Land.

Deut 18:15 The LORD thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the
midst
of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken;

Now as I read the above this is what I read it as saying:

Here is where you are "gotten" Cleo. You think you can come to

conclusions

about Torah...big mistake.

As you read it is irrelevant. As you read it is dependant upon the level
you have invested to reach. You only invest in that material which suits
your social club, period.

You are reading this all wrong and out of context. It is about the

"future

tellers" God is teaching, Bitochon, believe me, even though your present

is

very, very difficult, it is part of the whole.

Mary, stop and breath. Moses is talking about a prophet that will come out
of Israel, just like Moses did, and Moses is advising the people to listen
to this prophet just as they listen to Moses.
Prophets are G-d's mouthpiece to tell Hios people what G-d wants them to
hear. You are right in saying that not all prophets are good prophets. Those
that use the stars to look into the furture are not good, but the prophets
that G-d sends are good.
Moses is talking about a prophet that G-d sends. Mary a person can study day
and night, but unless what they study is truth they will only be filled with
untruth.
Cleo

You are all so disrespectful of God and Torah that I can't believe you

don't

realize it.

You can take bits of Torah out of context and apply them to "Jim

Jonesian"

mentality all you want, you are culpable for "not knowing." You should be
ashamed of yourselves, because anyone you convince to follow your derelect
path, you are culpable for.... This is irresponsibility of the worst

kind.

You all need to learn the original language, instead of being lead like
little children over the cliff of wasted and corrupt life.

That the L-rd G-d will raise up a prophet from among Israel, and Israel
should pay attention to what he says just like Israel should pay

attention

to what Moses said, who G-d also raised up from among Israel.

15) For we have not a high priest which cannot
be touched with the feeling of our infirmities;
but was in all points tempted like as we are,
yet without sin.

9) By faith he dwelt in the land of promise as in
a foreign country, dwelling in tents with Isaac
and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise;

See the following link, for more on the New Jerusalem
and what it actually is...

http://tinyurl.com/cuy8g

2) In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were
not so, I would have told you.

20) Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when
the kingdom of God would come, He answered them
and said, "The kingdom of God does not come with
observation;
21) nor will they say, 'See here!' or 'See there!'

15) For we have not a high priest which cannot
be touched with the feeling of our infirmities;
but was in all points tempted like as we are,
yet without sin.

9) By faith he dwelt in the land of promise as in
a foreign country, dwelling in tents with Isaac
and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise;

See the following link, for more on the New Jerusalem
and what it actually is...

http://tinyurl.com/cuy8g

2) In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were
not so, I would have told you.

20) Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when
the kingdom of God would come, He answered them
and said, "The kingdom of God does not come with
observation;
21) nor will they say, 'See here!' or 'See there!'

And by the way, Cleo. Glean multitudes from a bit of Torah, is the way to

Mary, stop and breath. Moses is talking about a prophet that will come

This is an abjectly incorrect translation. It is not indeed one prophet,
but a promise that as long as there are necromancers and astrologer, and
predicters of the future, there will be prophets like Moses, in this
instance, who screem....Bitochon, believe in God, don't dabble in the
present, just believe. If it looks like your world is falling
apart...believe!!

This is criminal mistranslation to fit doctrine and it is horrid!!

Prophets are G-d's mouthpiece to tell Hios people what G-d wants them

Those

Listen to yourself here, Cleo. You sound like a dowdy old woman telling
a
story. This particular verse is completely attached to the verse before

in a particular warning!!!

It is about, Like Amangi said: all the prophets to come to Malachi!

Then you twist the Scripture to fit your silliness by saying...

You are right in saying that not all prophets are good prophets. Those

This is like a parent speaking to a child. You are more than an adult,
Cleo, this "all prophets are not good prophets!" This is a

baby Nuvia. Encapsulated in this message is a message for you and I

today.

Just Believe, just Trust.... You miss the message because you are trying
too hard to fit Torah into your gameplan.

Mary, Mary, I wish you could truly hear yourself. It is amazing all this
'in

what I believed it was saying, and then you come up with.......I really do
not know. The only basis that I have for what the Scripture says is what
is
printed. It was you preconceived attitude about my belief that brought you
to the conclusion that you did as to what you think I said. The Scripture
that I printed had nothing to do with Torah, it was a prophecy that Moses

Moses is talking about a prophet that G-d sends. Mary a person can

Cleo, I found the truth. I used to be like you. You can call the Jews
wrong, but you are damning yourself by doing this, because by doing this

you

are wasting your time on irrelevant detail.

You believe that you found the truth, where as I beleve that you lost the
truth and got over into error. The true Jews that follow the Torah are
following what G-d gave them and G-d will judge them on that when they
die,
but you took the name of Jesus, the one you use to believe in and treated
His person and His name as dirt, you Mary will not be judged as a believer
in the Torah, but as a infidel and are in danger of hell fire.

Right Cleo.... Deut 18:15 is one of the missionary highlights to
mistranslation.
If you understood, just a bit, how that thinking and Islam goes hand in
hand, you may just see the hand that is leading you astray like a puppet.
You just cannot see the forest for the trees. Go back a few verses from
Deut 18:15, I don't have my Torah here so I may be off.
One one other thing...ALL THE PROPHETS WERE JEWS!!!!!!! PRETTY LAME
PROPHECY...from that perspective,....but whooooosh...over Cleo's head
again...and I am not surprised.

through the maze. The Torah, the Talmud, the Tannaim, the Amoraim, the
Orthodox Rabbi.
Now, I'm not going to bicker with you Cleo, you are just another moonie. I
don't bicker with them, either. You want a Jim Jonesian path, you got it.

not have still looked for the Promise to be kept.

2) In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were
not so, I would have told you.

20) Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when
the kingdom of God would come, He answered them
and said, "The kingdom of God does not come with
observation;
21) nor will they say, 'See here!' or 'See there!'

Mary, Mary, I wish you could truly hear yourself. It is amazing all this
'in
formation' you gleam from the Scripture that I copied from the Tanakh
