The world is not advanced,
is not advancing,
is not wise,
and is not going to the stars;
it is in rebellion against God
and is going to the abyss.
As the Jews and the Catholics did,
so the Protestants have rebelled
against the gospel of God,
the Biblical gospel made clear
to them by the Lord in the Reformation.
Many there are who profess to believe
that salvation is by faith in Christ alone.
But few there are who actually trust
in Christ alone to be their righteousness.
They profess one thing and do another;
they trust in their repentance
and in their commitment
rather than in Christ alone.
Repentance and commitment
are right and proper,
but never to be trusted in for salvation,
never used to take trust from Christ.
Do you have eternal life?
Have you trusted in Christ alone
for your salvation?
You have if you are trusting Christ
to be your Substitute,
your entire righteousness
in the sight of God,
so that God sees Christ
for your salvation rather than you,
so that you have eternal life.
