Luke 12:6-7 Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one
of them is forgotten before God? But even the very hairs of your head
are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many
sparrows.

ordinance?
(2) Can we use v7 as we engage with animal welfare advocates? There's been
outpouring of horror, here, against a spate of teenagers mutilating and
killing defenceless kittens.

the number of our hairs and yet he Loves us and we are more important to him
than the birds of the air.

I guess that's why God created the lake of fire, then decided that if
man did not react a certain way to his surroundings, and to nut-cases
preaching a version of "the Gospel," then man will become human
bar-b-que for eternity.
I don't understand how the worms never die at the same time man is
roasting in the fire forever...because of God's love and, as you say,
because "we are more important to him than the birds of the air," but
the birds of the air will not roast over the flames like man...whom he
supposedly loves so much???
