So you want to be saved?
I am so glad that you do!
That desire you have to come to Christ
is from God.

Now, I am going to ask
something really hard of you.
And to be saved,
you must do it.
I know,
it is impossible for you,
but that is where God comes in.
It is not impossible for God;
in fact, he is the very one
who will enable you to do this.

What must you do to be saved?
This is what I said would be so hard.
You must give up trying to save yourself.
Yes, you heard me right;
you must throw yourself on the grace of God!

You know that Christ like his Father is God,
and that God gave Christ to die
on the cross for your sins.
Christ took your place there.

You must put all your faith
in Christ to be your Savior.
I did not say 50%, or 99.99%, but 100%.
How can you do that?
You cannot, but God can give you the faith
to do that.
In fact, that is how everyone who gets saved,
gets saved.

So where do you come in?
When you trust Christ (and only Christ)
to save you,
then Christ comes into you
and lives his life in you,
and gives you the desire
to live the life planned for you
by God himself before you were even born.
