LITHONIA, Ga. -- A group of trick-or-treaters got the scare of their lives
Tuesday night; witnessing the murder of a DeKalb County man. (WHY IS FREE
WILL SOMETHING TO BE SCARED OF?)
Police say a woman was escorting her costumed children through the Highland
Place Apartments on Fairington Road just after 7:00 p.m.
The mother told police she saw two men coming running out of one of the
apartments.
The two men were arguing, according to the witness.
"Then one of them started shooting. When he shot, one guy was laying on the
ground," she told police.
The victim died at the scene. (MUST HAVE BEEN HIS FREE WILL TO DIE)
Police have not released his name
