Kabballistically speaking, we are all triune, nefesh, ruach and neshama.
When Adam sinned it was his neshama that fled and somehow or another we got
the neshama of hasatan. Now, I'm working on this philosophy...so don't
quote me....you can help me work it out. I know the aggadah says that the
neshama fled....the flashing swords are in there somewhere also. That is
why the Messiah could never have been a mortal man.....He had to be
Yeshua...Emmanuel.... That's the gist of the born again, new spirit
(neshama). Now the reason we are so torn is because HaSatan's neshama hates
the nefesh and especially the ruach of man. I have listened to many Rabbis
who say we have the neshama of God and it wants to return to God. I am
seeking this but.....if it were the neshama of God then what is the yetzer
hara? Nefesh is kind of like a big golem clod that is led around. Ruach is
the emotions, the sweetness, caring. The Neshama, like God himself is in
charge always!!!! If Adam corrupted the neshama...then the neshama of God
was displaced...perhaps....remember....I'm seeking Emmes here...... I am no
lemming. Without Yeshua we although Dovid HaMelech was Tzaddik....was not
perfect. Although Avraham Avenu was absolutely Tzaddik and the greatest
seeker ever....he was not perfect. The reason they were not perfect was a
corrupted neshama....which when Yeshua died....was available to all who
would accept.
The Jewish ruach, the goodness of the Jew, is that key that is the rootstalk
the Rabbi Shaul was warning Christians not to disregard. Jews are
intrinsically the greatest people on the planet because of the Jewish ruach.
Anyone who wants to deny this hasn't read the
Torah sufficiently. In the face of the fiery furnace.....Hananiah, Mishael,
and Azariah, how many of us could face such an ordeal and remain
loyal....EMUNAH? Standing in front of Goliath ISamuel 17:45. Then said
David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear,
and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the Lord of hosts, the
God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied.EMUNAH!
By the way, there is an Aggadah of Avraham and Gavriel and Nimrod....if you
care to seek. Remember Avraham Avenu was a wonderful man....host....he put
himself out for others....remember the three visitors.
If the neshamah of God must be in a completely holy body, when Adam
sinned....God's neshama fled...HaSatan's entered. With the Blood that
Yeshua covered our corruptness, the neshama of God reenters.....thus.....
but....it is not greasy grace either....it is still about Mitzvot, and
levels....and groping.....and seeking. Most Christians Stop at the
cross....big mistake. There is a midrash about Tzaddik and Rash. When
Tzaddik gets to heaven there is a huge mountain standing before him and he
says....Lord, how did I ever get over all that? When the Rash enters he
sees a hair and cries....I couldn't even get over that little hair of a
problem. This life is about seeking...seeking is about climbing and not
succumbing. I will fight the good fight, I will finish the course, I will
keep the faith. I will press to the mark of the high calling......it's a
mountain....its EMUNAH, its how loyal are we willing to be?
