True believers have no easier life than a non-believer... the same befalls both... |
to set the record straight, there are just as many things going
wrong in the true believers life as there are in the non-believers
life.
true believers suffer all the diseases anyone else does... they
loose their jobs; they fall down stairs; their cars brake down; their
children fall off swings... whatever befalls the non-believer in this
life befalls the true believer as well.
let there be no mistake either, that the true believer is not to be
compared to what calls itself Christian in this world today.
you will not see a true believer on any stage or in any audience
viewing someone on stage parading around with his or her Rolex watch
in rich persons clothes shouting " it's fun to be a Christian so let's
have a good time ! " while the band plays on.
you won't find a true believer talking in tongues, falling over
backwards nor claiming God healed his mother of advanced terminal
cancer just after her conversion and her winning the lottery.
you won't find a true believer worshiping statues, having one of
Mary on his lawn nor Rosary beads hanging from his rear view mirror.
a true Christian is the object of hatred by all of the above because
all these things are not of God, and true believers speak out against
things that are not of God so unbelievers might take heed.
a true Christian will tell you that you God commands you to turn
from your wicked ways and turn to the Living God through Jesus Christ
lest you die in your sins. that eternal damnation faces you and there
is no hope for you other than in Jesus Christ.
a true Christian will tell you that the Bible is the Word of God and
is absolutely trustworthy as is God who brought it forth and gave it
to us.
for these causes pseudo Christians are revolted by true Christians.
not only are true Christians befallen with all of the ills which
befall the rest of the world but they are rejected with hostility by
the pseudo Christians... just read the replies which may follow this
post.
let it be that the non-believers and pseudo Christians hate the true
Christians... to this the true Christian is called.

Believers are offered several promises in the bible. For example that
for those who love God, all things will work out for good in the end
(although maybe you will disagree you're entire life.) This does not
apply to non-beleivers It is possible that these promises are false. It
might also be possible to test these promises given the will and
sufficient money to fund a study.
The term "true christian" is absolute to God, but to us is subject to
human judgement. And I should hope we're all humble enough to know how
horribly flawed that is.
So don't go around thinking you are a "ture christian" and somehow
better than everyone, because people like that I do despise. Especially
since many of those I have known are wicked people at heart.

True Christians are those who know repentance and value forgiveness.
